The guys did a great job, and spent extra time readjusting a recently installed faucet and sink.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant but after they left i had a chip in my new kitchen refacing and a deep scratch on wood trim on other side that happened during the install. Installers need to take their time and not damage cabinetry during an appliance install - I have other appliance needs but damage to my new kitchen is making me hesitate. I now have to repair the damage :-( not pleased :-(

The guys installed the dishwasher perfectly. It was installed so much better than any of our prior dishwashers. Very straight and securely attached into the space.

The first team had to return since the pipes didn't match. Wish the installation team could have a way to check ahead the pipes (we can take a picture and send these days), or provide an option for me to get the pipes from them directly. I went out to HomeDepot, bought the pipes and fixed the plumbing myself, and then came the second team. Much more quick and professional service.

The guys did a great job on the installation. They were careful to keep water where it belonged and to make sure they did not damage anything during the process.

Delivery team came out and removed all 4 appliances and installed 4 appliances in under an hour. They were professional, clean, and quick!

I live in a flood zone and have replaced my dishwasher 4 times in the past 15 years. This is the best buy for the money.No frills. Of course, all it has to do is wash the dishes.

The delivery guy had some problems getting the new washer into the old space but worked hard and made it fit so our new dishwasher could start anew!

Delivery was within a few days of purchase, the delivery guys were careful and very efficient, and all went well. There were a couple of installation challenges for my space, but they had the expertise to deal with it perfectly.

I cannot say enough good things about the two installers!!! They arrived a bit late because they had to make a way out-of-the-way trip to service someone who had had delays, but it did not affect me too much. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They spent time conversing with me about some questions we had and even so in 1 hour they were done, everything looking perfect.

Poor, I was told that the distance from the dishwasher to sink was more than they are allowed to install, hence was not installed. Spouse had to give up his Sunday to complete the job. We are scheduled to get refund of the installation charge that was paid. The gentleman did bring the dishwasher to the kitchen and did haul the old one away, again, we did pay for this service.

The installation of my dishwasher was easy and professional. The installers had to cut away part of my cabinets and the 1970s green tile was unharmed. Way to go guys.

I would have given 5 stars but there was a problem with someone coming to uninstall and dishwasher and the microwave so I had the dishwasher in my kitchen uninstalled until someone could uninstall my old dishwasher. Once that was solved everything was great!!
