The installers did a great job. They had to improvise a solution to the poorly wired dishwasher that they had to remove. Great installation on the new dishwasher.

The tech was more than efficient. He noticed a pipe that was leaking and replaced it to complete my installation. There was an additional cost but worth it.

The best buy employees were great. They installed everything within 10-15 minutes while removing my previous dish washer without any issues. They showed each portion of the dish washer and best parts. They were polite and courteous.

Installation went as expected. Everything works perfectly, no dents or scrapes to my home on the way in, which I appreciate!

The installers (christopher & his sidekick) deserve 5 stars because they did a fine job, BUT best buy's scheduling process absolutely sucks. We were finally able to get the dishwasher installed a month after purchase because the first 2 appointments were cancelled -- but only after waiting all day for someone to show up. Moreover, it was difficult rescheduling -- even after going back to the store -- apparently because the warehouse, store, installation scheduler and the friendly and kind customer advocate are not on the same page about this process.

Second purchase from Best Buy and second time installer Chris did my dishwasher. What an excellent experience. I've purchased from the big box store and had a terrible installation process, so much so that when we talked to a manager he gave us a $100 certificate for the store. However, both here at our home in Brighton and at our condo in FL we will shop and buy from Best Buy.

Installation team was great, did a quick job. Not happy with Best Buy overall order process though.

These guys installed this and I am so grateful. The old one was there 30 years or more. After pulling it out - it was a mess of bird seed and mouse droppings within the insulation (who knew). The installers connected an outlet that was needed to meet code, and were professional. I was so embarassed - so I hope this review makes up for the mess and extra stuff they had to deal with. Thanks!

They hooked up the dishwasher pretty fast! Had it working in know time!

Dishwasher instillation went as planned and have no issues at this time. Installers were in time and friendly.
