Was supposed to be a free installation but some how they found a way to charge me $150. My spot was somewhat difficult but shouldn't have cost that. Then they couldn't get it to fit space. Scuffed my floor. But Installs Inc was good in reimbursing that. Anyway, couldn't really get it to fit. Was slanted and jutting out. Second guy came out to attempt it and made it worse. Finally bought new smaller Bosch to return the kitchen aid. When they came to replace the guy was like, I can fix the kitchenaid. Just gotta raise the wheels. His name was Tony. He made it work! So I guess it depends on who you get. Ended up returning the Bosch and keeping the kitchen aid. I would recommend still. Best Buy was willing to do a free exchange with free installation again. I am not sure if that would have happened if I used my own third party.

Arrived on time. Hooked up the dishwasher and it now works flawlessly.

Not only does it wash very good, but it’s so quiet that I can’t tell that it’s running. The only way I can tell is by the light. Well worth it

Delivered and installed a dishwasher. Ran a cycle to make sure it worked and were no leaks. Looks great but when trying to understand how to my the dishwasher myself, I found the user manual in the dishwasher and it went through a cycle.

They hooked up the dishwasher pretty fast! Had it working in know time!

Installation went very smoothly. The installer was very professional and offered to show me all the features.

The installation was great! My initial installation time window was between 12-8pm but it was moved to 12-4pm. The installation team called 20 mins before they arrived they got to my place a little after 1pm. I was so thankful I didn’t have to wait around all afternoon on a Saturday! The main technician was very professional, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. They both did and amazing job!!
