I was on the fence on whether to go with HD or BB. BestBuy won out partly because you all had earlier delivery and install dates. Glad I chose BestBuy because your installer, Quality Kitchens was the best. Took appropriate care, explained the operation, answered my questions, etc.

The crew did a great job on our dishwasher install. We are very happy on this part of the installation process...

The two gentlemen that installed my new dishwasher were fantastic! They were right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Carlos actually did the majority of the install and he kept me informed every step of the install. Best Buy must be very proud of the install team that came to my home. Well done!!

We chose best buy for a one stop shop of delivery, install and haul away thinking it would simplify our lives but we were very wrong. The initial dishwasher arrived damaged, which was unfortunate but it happens. We were rescheduled for 4 days later, but when they delivered the dishwasher customer service forgot to reschedule the install as well. They told me they could not install it for another 4 days, which we were not happy about because our garbage disposal was shut down from the initial haul away and we were hand washing with a sink that kept getting backed up. A few days later, I called back to see if they could move our installation earlier because of the points above and because there now was a giant dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen blocking our entrance/exit for days. I was told that the last person I talked to didn't fully submit my appt so I actually had no upcoming installation appt, nevermind getting it pushed sooner. The customer service manager I spoke to had no empathy and would not work with me to get a quick turnaround appt after the several mistakes on best buy's part, and I had to wait another 5 days to get it installed. I am extremely disappointed by how best buy handled this.

installation went OK installers are busy so arriving later in evening than desired but hey we have a new dishwasher all installed and cleaning the dishes nicely had to change the power cords around after the installers left because the new dishwasher had a right angle plug it would not fit in the correct outlet so they just pugged it into the garbage disposal outlet that only was active if switch was in the on position why the disposal didn't just run and run I still can't figure out

This thing is great! No problems thus far. I took my time in researching and came to this! Glad i did!

The installer was great, but the 1st Dishwasher was the wrong color. The 2nd Dishwasher had a broken door latch so it would not close, but the 3rd one was just right! My only issue was the installer's assistant turned off the hot water heater for some unknown reason & forgot to turn it back on. So I had no hot water for 3 days before my brother came over & relit the pilot. (I had just moved into this house.)

The delivery men/installers were very friendly and did a great job. Dishwasher was working perfectly with no issues.

Installers were professional, intelligent, helpful, and nice. They went the extra mile to make sure my Dishwasher install was perfect.

This team called the day before and set up a time called the day of the delivery and showed up on time. Very professional and cleaned up after the installation. I would give them 10 out of 10 with 10 being the best.

I'm a property manager so I purchase a LOT of appliances for several homes and have used many large retailers in the past. However Bestbuy is the ONLY larger retailer I'll be using moving forward. Other companies hire outside 3rd party companies to do their installs and they ALWAYS screw up. Not with Bestbuy - they have their geeksquad come and install and they make appliance buying and installation such a breeze. I will only purchase appliances from Bestbuy.

Best Buy contracted 7th Ave appliances to install our dishwasher. One guy only and he was in and out in just over an hour. No mess to cleanup and a hassle free afternoon.

The dishwasher was installed without issue. The installer was professional and very capable. Installation was quick. We have not experienced any problems.

The installation was done relatively quickly, and the two installers were very nice. I was a little put off by the fact that when they were "finished" they tried to get me to sign stuff even though they had done zero testing to ensure the installation was successful. They did test once asked, but I shouldn't have needed to ask.
