These guys were awesome! They called to let me know they were running a tiny it behind, and the install was a breeze. They definitely know what they are doing as they had to amend the outlet. Cleaned up, quick and nice as could be.

Dishwasher is fine. Works good. It's quiet. The 3rd party installers that Best Buy uses for their dishwasher installation, don't know how to do the job correctly. They didn't put the loop in the hose that's needed, even after I asked them if they should put it in because the old dishwasher had the loop. They also didn't get it put far enough back under the counter. 10 minutes after they left the dishwasher was beeping at me and giving me codes about the drainage. Unfortunately, they sent the same guys back out the next day to fix the things they didn't do right on the first day. They fixed the loop that was needed for drainage. They ignored me again when i suggested that they take the dishwasher back out to see why it wouldn't go all of the way back under the counter. Had to call and complain again. The 3rd time the Geek Squad came out and addressed the issue of why the dishwasher wouldn't go further back under the counter. They knew what they were doing and talking about. Try and get the Geek Squad to install your dishwasher and not the 3rd party installers they use, if you want it done correctly.

Although a capable average knowledge do-it-yourselfer can remove an old dishwasher and install a new one, why do it when you can save lots of time and avoid potential headaches. This way, you don't have to struggle with removing the old one, water leakage, electrical connections, and leveling issues etc. Plus if there is an issue (leak, or damage to floor, counter, dishwasher) you don't have to deal with making it right since it is on them. On the other hand, any issues created by you, are added to your burden. You have no recourse for correction, it's all on you. Think about it.

The technician was extremely nice, quiet and cleaned up everything. And the dishwasher is running great.
