This was a replacement install for a defective dishwasher. That being said you have to allow some room because I was unhappy with LG. The install team did a good job and paid very close attention to leveling the unit as that was the error code being displayed on the removed unit E6.

This kit is required for Best Buy installation. Works like it should work.

It is very quiet, even when you are standing next to it. My husband was in the kitchen and didn't even know that it was running. The installer was very friendly and helpful.

I've never replaced a dishwasher so I opted to have it installed. The service contractor delivered the unit, removed the old one, and reconnected all of the hoses to the disposal and the waterlines. If you're handy around the house, you can definitely do it on your own. However, the service man knows exactly what needs to be done without hesitation so he's able to do it inside 45 minutes,

Install appeared to be fine, but installers left with parts I needed to finished project. Make sure they leave all unused parts with you when they clean up!! You may not need the parts, but you never know when you might need those extra screws, cords, and misc. Parts. Note: installers didn't secure washer tight enough, so it moved everytime we opened the door. It would have been nice to have those missing parts.

The installation was great! My initial installation time window was between 12-8pm but it was moved to 12-4pm. The installation team called 20 mins before they arrived they got to my place a little after 1pm. I was so thankful I didn’t have to wait around all afternoon on a Saturday! The main technician was very professional, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. They both did and amazing job!!

Dishwasher Installation all went smooth and no problems so far

The technician was great! He arrived before I got to the house and he was already prepping to unload the dishwasher from the trunk. I knew that my garbage disposal was not going to last long and I should have placed an order for one. The technician said that he had a new garbage disposal in the truck that I could purchase and he would install while he was there. He said he typically carries one or two in the truck for situations like mine. I was impressed. It may have cost a few more dollars than me purchasing on my own, but while he was there it just made sense. Great customer service from the technician
