We upgraded this Kitchen Aid form an older one we purchased from Best Buy. Same size and one of the benefits we were interested in was a quieter dishwasher only to find that the padding used to accommodate the noise reduction impedes the installation and it doesn't fit. There is a wood floor there however it fit before and now it's installed with the face leaning out at the top. Very disappointed. If this review is even read I look forward to response.

Great job. Problem solved. The process took longer to get the installation appointment but it was worthwhile waiting. Brad on the GeekSquad Large appliance team was very nice and went beyond to get the installation team to correct error that previous installation team made.

Installers were amazing! Absolutely professional, super clean and neat, they showed great respect for our property, and were extremely careful as they moved the bulky appliances around. All packing materials and incidental trash were removed, and by the time they were gone all that was left were our sparkling new appliances. They also provided a tutorial on how to use the new machines. I highly recommend this installation crew.

Great installation team, quick and professional. Dishwasher a little out of level top to bottom. Most would never notice. Dishwasher functions perfectly.

1. Dishwasher is quite and dry dishes completely, after finishing with sanitize option door opens up automatically and help to dry the dishes completely.

The installer was very courteous and more importantly very knowledgeable. He showed me how the unit was going to be installed and made recommendations for maintaining the dishwasher and what dish washing detergents would work best.
