This design is the best. Small bowls fit in the 3rd tray. Solid construction yet lightweight drawers. Perfect cleaning cycles, even the 60 second cycle cleans great. The only problem was that Bosch only supplies one silverware holder that holds around 16 pieces that fits on the 3rd tray, yet there’s room for another on the other side. You have to buy the 2nd from Bosch.

Did a great job installing our dishwasher. Friendly service as well. Dishwasher is working great!

When we purchased the dishwasher our install date was about three weeks out. We set it up for a Friday. We were the first call on Chantell's list of appointments. We had a window of 8 to Noon. He called at 7:50 and said that he would be at the house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived at about 8:30. He introduced himself to me and my wife. He rolled the new unit into the kitchen and rolled the old unit out at 9:45. He said that our installation took a little longer than most. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He stayed on task and left nothing behind for us to clean up.

Hard to schedule. I need to be able to coose morning time at time i schedule install & not be told sometime between 7va and 7 p. Installers very efficient and helpful once they got here

I have had a Samsung dishwasher in the past so I purchased another Samsung and I am just as happy with this one. Excellent cleaner and very, very quiet.

I like the third upper rack for silver ware and spatulas, etc. They clean very well too. Dishwasher is pretty quiet and and has plenty of functionality, and washes good.

First dishwasher had a dent. Once they got a dishwasher that was not damaged they were able to do the installation professionally and with no issues.

The install team were professional and efficent. You could tell they knew what they were doing. They communicated when they were on the way.

Victor was fabulous. He worked with us to get the dishwasher installed early. The weather was not good and he still went out of his way to get it installed in the evening. Very nice guy who cared a lot about the work he does.

Installer made a special trip from Chicago as the scheduled installer called in sick. He kept me informed about his arrival time, despite its being 8 hours after the original appointment. He was courteous, efficient, and competent.

The install team was professional, efficient, pleasant to work with. Far and away so much better than hardware box store installs we have dealt with. I will definitely go back to Best Buy for new appliances.
