The installer was wonderful! He called about 20 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He knew exactly what he was doing. He went above and beyond by very carefully removing and reinstalling out baseboard rather than using the kick plate that came with the dishwasher, because he thought it looked nicer. He showed me all the features and made sure I knew how the dishwasher worked before he left. I was impressed.

The two gentlemen that installed my new dishwasher were fantastic! They were right on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Carlos actually did the majority of the install and he kept me informed every step of the install. Best Buy must be very proud of the install team that came to my home. Well done!!

Dishwasher is very quiet; better than expected. I love the top silverware drawer; I don't have to bend down so far to reach the silverware now.

I would normally install something like this myself but this is a brand new house with brand new floors. It is worth the money to have pros install my appliances just for their liability coverage alone. If they scratch my floors, they replace them. If I install my own appliances and scratch my floors, then it is on me. It's an easy choice when you look at it in that light.
