Good installation. They came in and installed the dishwasher and made sure it was working before they left.

The guy who installed it he really knew what he was doing. From start to end and if you have a question he answers all of them.

The installers made a simple mistake, cross-threading the feed line, which led to a massive leak when the dishwasher was first run. We set the dishwasher to run, left, then returned (which is typical usage) to find massive water damage. I can totally understand that, and even forgive it. I expected Best Buy to fix the problem and cover the damages to the house. However, after nearly a month, and I have a local contractor who wants to charge his employees out-of-pocket (which they certainly can't afford) instead of using insurance. Best Buy DOES have insurance to cover damage in such situations so that I don't bankrupt a couple of young, just starting out guys, but it hasn't approved the repairs yet. I originally escalated the case with Best Buy on April 30th. It's May 23rd. The living room is completely unusable (had to pull up the carpet and relocate furniture due to water damage), and the kitchen is down to bare floorboards too. So, in nearly a month, I have not been able to get ANYONE at Best Buy to push forward on an insurance claim to get the house fixed. This is . . . horrible.

The installation crew arrived on scheudule with all tools & equipmwnt necessary for any updates needed. They were professional & courteous, & kept me informed of any issues. The 3 appliances were completed as requested & esch appliance was tested for priper operation. Very satisfied!

The installation went off without a hitch. They were on time, professional and friendly. They were in and out in no time and the dish washer performs flawlessly.

They kept up informed on arrival time through out the process. It is a little crooked but they are coming out to fix that.

Installer arrived on time. He waited for me to reach my home for about ten minutes, which was great. He moved the dishwasher which was delivered and placed at the corner of the kitchen to the location of installation. Uninstall of old dishwasher was quick. He installed the new dishwasher and wasn't satisfied with something that he saw. He moved it out and did some more finer adjustments and installed it back. There was a cosmetic item that he forgot to complete. I sent him a text message and he showed up the next day to complete it. Haul away was done without damaging my floor.

Very happy with the installation. Quick and on time. Both gentleman wore their masks while in the house.

The installer guy was awesome.. He was got here on time and cleaned up after himself installed in the dishwasher and showed me how to use it .. he was great.

The Best Buy installers were great. They were here within the time specified and had the old dishwasher out and new one installed and working within 45 mins. Great Job!!

Cleans great and so quiet. The technician is very knowledgeable and explained to us on all functions. He cleaned up the whole nine yards. Very thankful to him.

The two guys from the installation team were just as my summary stated. They worked efficiently, took care not to damage my hardwood flooring, and gave me a quick run down on the installation and operation of my new dishwasher. It is level, secure, no damage to cabinets or flooring, and the install was done in no time. That’s about all you can ask for. Good work!
