Installers where very easy to work with and really knew their stuff.

We upgraded this Kitchen Aid form an older one we purchased from Best Buy. Same size and one of the benefits we were interested in was a quieter dishwasher only to find that the padding used to accommodate the noise reduction impedes the installation and it doesn't fit. There is a wood floor there however it fit before and now it's installed with the face leaning out at the top. Very disappointed. If this review is even read I look forward to response.

Great install communication, great work! And great follow up

Probably the smoothest install of a dishwasher we've ever had. A team of two really cut down the time to remove the old one and get the Bosch up and running for it's first test run. The job was well done and the guys were friendly and seemed to appreciate that all the prep work had been taken care of.

Cleans great but does not dry any plastic very quiet

No complaints about our dishwasher install. It works great!

The guys called during the installation window to let us know the truck had broken down and they’d be late. We were able to leave the house, run some errands, and come back in time for their arrival. Removal of old unit and installation of new unit was quick and efficient. They wore shoe covers as requested and answered all our questions. All in all, we were very happy with the service.

The guys who delivered installed my dishwasher. It was so worth it. They were there installed it, ran it, demonstrated and out in 30 minutes.

From the ease of purchase, installation, and then using this product is great. It runs quiet and gets the dishes cleaner than my previous dishwasher.

I had the warranty for my dishwasher and they were able to come in and install the new one. If you are reading this, it is always worth getting the warranty because it’s a fraction what you’re gonna have to pay if you wait till last minute and then you have to get a new one.

If you’re not experienced with plumbing and installs, get the install, you can’t go wrong no sweating and hoping you have everything will put it in and the machine will work correctly first time

These items to install dishwasher have been working great.

Worst service I've experienced in decades! I had to change the date and time because there would not be anyone avail. The only time avail for us was after 2:30p. I attempted to change the date and time but had to go through multiple folks. Finally, I was told the new date and time could be accommodated, however, I received a text with an arrival from 7a to 7p. In the end, the delivery arrived at 9:45a and we went thru a lot to get someone there. The install itself was good. I doubt if I will ever order an appliance with installation from Best Buy.

The two installation technicians arrived on time, they were polite, and installed everything perfectly.
