Not only does it wash very good, but it’s so quiet that I can’t tell that it’s running. The only way I can tell is by the light. Well worth it

Installer was professional and made sure everything was perfect.

Installers did great! Clean, used a padded drop mat. Wore a mask. They were quick and efficient. No leaks.

Was charged $73 for permit from St Louis Park; however, permit document indicates the price for permit was $66. I feel I was overcharged $7 for the permit. In addition to what I paid Best Buy (approximately $300 for Tech warranty, etc.) for installation, I was charged an additional $200 by the plumber for a required upgrade needed for the plumbing — a double valve was required. I don’t know if I was overcharged for this upgrade or if I paid for something unnecessary for this installation. And, the St Louis Park inspector indicated that it was not installed correctly. He was here over a week ago and I am surprised that I have not yet heard from Best Buy or MN Plumbing about this by now. It was an advantage to arrange delivery AND installation of dishwasher with ONE PLACE: Best Buy.

Our install went great. The installers showed up on time and had the product installed in no time. Also very clearly explained how to use the dishwasher.

The install for the dishwasher itself was good, however while disconnecting it, water got into the battery pack of our faucet and we didn’t have water in the kitchen sink for a few days. The installer came back and fixed it and everything worked after the battery pack dried out.

Strictly regarding the installer, a very nice man who really seemed to know what he was doing. We liked him! Hope this has nothing to do with the dishwasher itself..not nuts about it--tinny, cheap product, but installer man was great.

Was supposed to be a free installation but some how they found a way to charge me $150. My spot was somewhat difficult but shouldn't have cost that. Then they couldn't get it to fit space. Scuffed my floor. But Installs Inc was good in reimbursing that. Anyway, couldn't really get it to fit. Was slanted and jutting out. Second guy came out to attempt it and made it worse. Finally bought new smaller Bosch to return the kitchen aid. When they came to replace the guy was like, I can fix the kitchenaid. Just gotta raise the wheels. His name was Tony. He made it work! So I guess it depends on who you get. Ended up returning the Bosch and keeping the kitchen aid. I would recommend still. Best Buy was willing to do a free exchange with free installation again. I am not sure if that would have happened if I used my own third party.

I don't remember the installers name he did a very good job with the installation of the dish washer. He made it look easy.

The sales process for our dishwasher went smoothly. However, coordinating delivery, uninstalling, installation and removal was difficult. Best Buy uses an outside vendor for installation, we did not know that we were responsible for coordinating each step and were disappointed that these steps were not explained to us. Because the delivery/removal and uninstalling/installation processes are different individual teams, these had to be scheduled separately. And, delivery – removal have to be scheduled after the uninstalling/installation. This amounts to 3 separate service appointments. We found this out AFTER the unit was dropped off. This meant another scheduling process for the installer and pickup. Each rescheduling step meant additional time on the phone and delays to having a working dishwasher. In summary, your salesperson or scheduling representative should inform and help make customers aware of the multiple steps: delivery, uninstalling, installation, and removal process. Your procedures should help customers coordinate each step because the delivery/removal and uninstalling/installing teams are different individuals who need to work together. And, because of timing, delivery and pickup can’t be at the same time. We were disappointed that we had to find out what these steps were and then coordinate them ourselves. Since Best Buy does this for every appliance, these steps should be a standard process explained at sale or scheduling. Each of the service people, deliverers, installers, and removers were considerate and efficient. We’ll make a special call out to the installer Dony who worked efficiently and quickly and gave good advice on using the machine.

It was so easy to use the Best Buy app to buy the dishwasher and schedule the install. The guys that did the install were very good and cleaned up after they were done.
