I was on the fence on whether to go with HD or BB. BestBuy won out partly because you all had earlier delivery and install dates. Glad I chose BestBuy because your installer, Quality Kitchens was the best. Took appropriate care, explained the operation, answered my questions, etc.

The 2 guys who installed my dishwasher are very professional and knowledgeable, start to finish they make it stress free . PERFECT! THANK YOU GUYS!

The two men who installed my dishwasher were polite and very helpful. They needed an extra part and went to home depot to pick it up. Returned promptly and finished the installation. They were also careful to clean up after the job was complete.

Wasn't told ahead of time that dishwasher was equipped with a plug, not hard-wired. Installer had to first install an outlet box which was an added expense not planned for. Should have been notified of this in advance of delivery and installation. Otherwise installation went well.

Our original dishwasher had been installed over 20 years ago before we moved into the house. The installers found that the plumbing and wiring were not up to code and made the appropriate changes to make sure that everything was brought up to code so it was safe to operate. This cost extra, but also bought peace of mind that we'd have less trouble in the future.

Mark and Kincaid from Best Yet Installations Inc. were fantastic! Very profesional and made sure to document every step with notes and photos for the inspection info. Super friendly as well. If I ever need another appliance installation I hope these are the guys sent out.

Our installer was qualified, friendly, and quick to finish the job. My one criticism is that we had to buy a full installation kit even though we had brand new parts at our house. When they finished they didn't leave any of our spare parts.

A lot of the time when you see negative reviews on appliances it has to do with the delivery or installation of the appliance. I haven't had the new dishwasher long enough to review it. I can say that the two gentlemen who delivered and installed it were super. They arrived on time, were polite and very efficient. They removed the old unit, installed, tested the new unit and hauled away the old unit in about 45 minutes. No mess, no drama.

Best Decision ever. Hassle free and smooth installation.
