Everything went well with the installation and it seems to work fine.

We had a dishwasher installed, and the experience with the service was great! The two men were courteous and respectful, and did a great job. Plus, it was free!

Installing was quick once they arrived. Changed our appointment time twice. Install was free, but they said we needed a new over flow part replaced. We have a fairly new home, don’t think we needed it. It was a $135.00 extra. So that was probably about the charge for install. Be careful with hidden charges.

installation went very easy. Guys showed up when they said, even alittle early. They were neat and quick. Love the product. It is exactly as described. Love it.

This install was a cluster. The tech arrived and said he was there to pick up the old one and leave the new one. We didn’t have the new one yet. He said another member of Geek Squad would be out to install. I called Best Buy and was told that tech was supposed to install it but obviously didn’t want to do it. So Best Buy had to reschedule a few days later.

The installation of our new dishwasher went great. They were in and out in 30 minutes and went through all of the features of our new dishwasher.

My dishwasher had to be hard wired and the installer did not seem to be bothered by this. He did a great job and did it in a short amount of time.

The guys called during the installation window to let us know the truck had broken down and they’d be late. We were able to leave the house, run some errands, and come back in time for their arrival. Removal of old unit and installation of new unit was quick and efficient. They wore shoe covers as requested and answered all our questions. All in all, we were very happy with the service.

Happy that the two-person team was very experienced with this one discreet task. Knew exactly what needed to be done to replace an almost 40 year old dishwasher with a new one. They were also friendly & explained how to operate the new machine. I would've given them 5 stars, but they were a couple hours late for their appointment.

The gentleman that installed the new and removed the old were excellent. Quick and professional.

Great job, no issues since. Original installation was done incorrectly. He saw the issue immediately.
