The men were nice and did an excellent job. They were very careful not to damage the new flooring. They took all the packaging and the old dishwasher.

It was great service. Technicians came in. Installed and removed the old appliance quite quickly and without much fuss. I did struggle with changes on schedule and availability of my original purchase.

The installers arrived on time, took appropriate Covid protections, and installed our dishwasher quickly.

We were supposed to have our dishwasher installed between 8am and 12pm on the Friday before Christmas. At 1pm, my wife called to find out where the installer was. We were told he had gotten behind because of the holiday rush. He finally arrived at 4:30pm! But once he got there, the removal of our old dishwasher and installation of the new one was quick and painless.

I was pleased how quickly Bill was able to unload the dishwasher from his van, move it into the house all by himself, uninstall the old broken dishwasher and install the new one, in a remarkably quick time and cheerful manner. Great job! (Due to supply problems, Best Buy had had to reschedule the delivery and installation three times, but it finally came and is working fine!)
