Great job installing our dishwasher. Clean and efficient.

The instal crew was efficient. One stayed in the truck getting the product ready while the other pulled the old dishwasher out. They were right on time and worked together to get the old out and new up two flight of stairs. They were in my place for less than an hour. They were such nice and efficient men, laid down a rug to work on, had masks on due to covid. Showed me how to work it. I was thrilled.

Installation was ok. They forgot to open the water faucet after turning off the water to ensure the line was empty , and that caused a minor flood. But it was quickly cleaned with a LOT of towels. Some people would say that’s unacceptable but it no harm done in my opinion, and people do make mistakes. Still, a professional should know these things going in, if they do install dozens of these things every year. The dishwasher works and does not leak, so that’s good.

I always compare prices because the cost of living is tough right now. Best buys prices beat the big boxed stores, 0 apr for way more time, and free install and protection with their premium subscription. They saved me hundreds

Our new Bosch dishwasher is great! It cleans very well and is extremely quiet. An added tray above the two racks is helpful for small items.

The sales process for our dishwasher went smoothly. However, coordinating delivery, uninstalling, installation and removal was difficult. Best Buy uses an outside vendor for installation, we did not know that we were responsible for coordinating each step and were disappointed that these steps were not explained to us. Because the delivery/removal and uninstalling/installation processes are different individual teams, these had to be scheduled separately. And, delivery – removal have to be scheduled after the uninstalling/installation. This amounts to 3 separate service appointments. We found this out AFTER the unit was dropped off. This meant another scheduling process for the installer and pickup. Each rescheduling step meant additional time on the phone and delays to having a working dishwasher. In summary, your salesperson or scheduling representative should inform and help make customers aware of the multiple steps: delivery, uninstalling, installation, and removal process. Your procedures should help customers coordinate each step because the delivery/removal and uninstalling/installing teams are different individuals who need to work together. And, because of timing, delivery and pickup can’t be at the same time. We were disappointed that we had to find out what these steps were and then coordinate them ourselves. Since Best Buy does this for every appliance, these steps should be a standard process explained at sale or scheduling. Each of the service people, deliverers, installers, and removers were considerate and efficient. We’ll make a special call out to the installer Dony who worked efficiently and quickly and gave good advice on using the machine.

Good cleaning action and quiet. The Bosch also has good features for special washes. Happy with it.

The installation went smooth. I gave it a four star because the installer turned the dishwasher on to test the water connection but he left without making sure it drained. When I ran the first load the water wouldn’t drain. It works now.
