THE TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ONE OF THE LOCAL STORE REPS EVEN STRONGLY COMPLIMENTED HIM WHEN I MENTIONED THAT HE WAS MY INSTALL TECH!!!

The installation was done very well. It was a neat and clean job. I am very satisfied.

Dish washer is very quiet. Does a great job of cleaning dishes.

The installers were personable, professional, worked quickly, and did a good job. Only complaint was I did not answer their first contact call on the first ring because I did not recognize the phone number. After answering there was a significant delay, I assumed it was a spam call and hung up. As a result, they did not arrive until after 5PM even though we were available at noon when the first call came. Had it not been the day before Thanksgiving it would have probably been less stressful on all involved.

Had to call back because of leveling problem and had small leak in drain hose connection. Overall good installation

Even though reviews of my purchased dishwasher said that it was easy to install, I went ahead and paid for professional installation. It was the best decision I could have made. There were issues with the electrical supply, and I would not have been equipped to handle that. They were efficient, friendly, and left everything in great shape. I am sure I saved myself hours, money and headache by having this done professionally. And on top of that, they disposed of my old machine, so that I didn't have that worry.

A lot of the time when you see negative reviews on appliances it has to do with the delivery or installation of the appliance. I haven't had the new dishwasher long enough to review it. I can say that the two gentlemen who delivered and installed it were super. They arrived on time, were polite and very efficient. They removed the old unit, installed, tested the new unit and hauled away the old unit in about 45 minutes. No mess, no drama.

It took about two weeks for an available install window in my area, but it was worth the wait. Alex was actually running a little ahead of schedule and called that morning to see if he could come an hour earlier than scheduled. No problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Took away my old dishwasher and had the new one up and running in no time. He thoroughly checked for leaks before he left and gave m some good tips on how to get the most out of my new washer. I was very happy with the service which was included for free, but I would have gladly paid if I had to.
