Installation went great. They were on time and didn’t break anything. Highly satisfied.

The two men that came did an excellent job, very clean doing a dirty job. They had me get an old towel knowing water was going to leak when pulling it out. Allowed me to clean space before the new appliance went it. Each had their own job to do, one new appliance ready outside and the other removing the old appliance for the new to go in. Highly recommend them.

The installers were very professional but also personable. They did everything possible to unsure we were happy with every aspect of the process.

Installer was knowledgeable and was courteous and efficient. Install was quick and work was performed well.

I would normally install something like this myself but this is a brand new house with brand new floors. It is worth the money to have pros install my appliances just for their liability coverage alone. If they scratch my floors, they replace them. If I install my own appliances and scratch my floors, then it is on me. It's an easy choice when you look at it in that light.

The installation went smooth. I gave it a four star because the installer turned the dishwasher on to test the water connection but he left without making sure it drained. When I ran the first load the water wouldn’t drain. It works now.

Installer showed up early and called ahead of time removed old appliance without issue then installed new appliance in a timely manner

The installation went wonderful. However, after the installation we notice a fountain of water in a downstairs basement bedroom under the dishwasher. I advised Best Buy about this issue and it took four days for someone to come out and look at the issue. The issue still was not resolved and they had to escalate. I had to fix myself.

This would have been a five except they forgot to take off the clear film from the dishwasher door. This was not as eash as it sounds. The film is actually installed under the front covers attachment hardware.

Gentlemen who installed our dishwasher were absolutely professional and very polite. Received call in morning and the caller was polite and professional and caring. He told me he would work with us for I can get my husband to the VA in time for his PT appointment. He called me back then informed me we were first, so they came and we were able to make PT. Thanks for hiring Veterans as well.

The installation was fast, but I'm not sure it's completely level as the middle rack rolls out each time I have it open. They were quick to install and cleaned up after the work.

it was a bit tricky because where my power supply box was attached but the service guy was able to get it set in place and it looks great.

FASt, efficient, uncommunicative. I could not understand his English. He did not explain anything because he was too busy and had to install too many dishwashers in one day.

the guys who installed my dishwasher were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. i've always had good results with the installation BB offers.

The contractor that did the Installation did a great job. Would've given 5 stars had I not been asked to pay 75.00 for having to add a receptical box I wasn't told about. They waived the charge because I wasn't told at Bestbuy there could be a chsrge..According to the tech the box was added to be in compliance with some code.
