The installers did a great job. They were able to arrive before our delivery window and let us know the updated delivery time.

Good crew...noticed when they left there was a dent on the stainless steel surface...as well as a compression bend on the bottom of the unit from forcing the unit into place...they were in a rush to finish so they could beat the traffic...

The best buy employees were great. They installed everything within 10-15 minutes while removing my previous dish washer without any issues. They showed each portion of the dish washer and best parts. They were polite and courteous.

I'm not pleased with this delivery at all. The delivery was made in an old pick up truck that had no identification showing it was affiliated with Best Buy. The guy did wear a mask but no gloves and touched almost everything in my home. As soon as he got here, he asked if he could use my bathroom. I'm not sure if he even washed his hands, but I do know he left the seat up!!! Afterward, he said he needed in the garage to turn off the water heater so nothing would leak. Even though he did this water still leaked under my sink. Enough water, I had to put a bucket under there. I'm unaware if he had already turned the hot water back on at that point. The entire ordeal was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional, given coronavirus cases are surging daily at an alarming rate.

The delivery and installation were delayed three days beyond the promised date. I had to pay the third party appliance installer $120 because they would not use the existing water line and because of that they had to replace the existing water valve.

Our installer was friendly and competent. He knew his business and did the job quickly and correctly. This was a very good experience.

Unbelievably good service. Removed old dishwasher and installed new one in less than 20 minutes. Zero issues after 1 month of use.

The dishwasher set up ended up being an extra $250. I was told I needed and plug in outlet installed behind the unit itself rather than where the old dishwasher was plugged in. I also had to pay extra for a different type of hose as the other one was not long enough. Neither of these were pleasant surprises but they did a good job.

These teams are proof Best Buy only hires the best of the best. They made my family feel like their family. You can't ask for anything better. Good to know that in the future we won't have to worry about installation from Best Buy. 5 STARS!

Install went without an issue but it would have been better to know a window of when they wuld come the day before.

FASt, efficient, uncommunicative. I could not understand his English. He did not explain anything because he was too busy and had to install too many dishwashers in one day.

Installation was good had to do some modification but went well
