I needed extra visits because the underlayment needed repair. The installers were very knowledgeable and clear. . But they did not see that I needed a water extension line too. So when it was installed after floor repair the second visit could not finish the work. I got an extension but the fascia was not completed for leak detection on startup. I haven't called for a fascia repair so it's probably more on me.

The install team did not arrive on the scheduled date. However, three days later they came and demonstrated that they knew what they were doing!

Got the job done, but couldn't meet time frame. They said they'd be here 8-12. They called and said the truck broke down and they'd be here a little later than 12. Didn't show up until close to 3:00. Guy was great and did a good job. I ended up spending more than anticipated due to him adding a gfi plug. Previous unit was had-wired.

Our dishwasher installer was quick, efficient, and left no mess. He explained the different functions and showed us how to clean the filter.

The installer was super helpful, prompt and communicated well. They removed the old unit and replaced it efficiently, making sure to level it. I like that he took the time to answer my questions about how to use the new dishwasher too and explain the difference between it and my last model.

Cleans great but does not dry any plastic very quiet

I am embarassed to say that when my ancient dishwasher was removed, we discovered a community of tiny ants had taken up life in and around it. I could see it creeped out the installers, but they were tough. My son cleaned out the opening and we sprayed with a pesticide that is rated for safe use in the home. The installers did their job and cleaned up. We are still doing hand-to-hand combat with the tiny ants, but the new dishwasher is a dream.

Install and haul away was about 90 minutes for dishwasher since need to remove replace the hookups. Technician was very careful with the wood floors and checked measurements to ensure will fit and leveling.

Installed in a flash. Usually hate paying for install. Do it myself, but ours went out and I was on the road for 2 weeks. BB was able to get my new washer delivered and installed within 2 days so my wife didn't have to be without one while I was out of state. Installers were professional and good at what they did. Would rec them again.

Excellent! The installer was very efficient, neat and pleasant to my wife during the install. The workmanship was very good and he was very neat. He made sure to protect our hardwood floors and spent time explaining how to operate the new dishwasher.
