I was initially skeptical about the appliance delivery, as these experiences are rarely what you expect them to be, but especially since I made my purchase during a 'free-delivery promotion period'. Not only were the two gentlemen exceptionally courteous to my husband during the delivery, but they called and scheduled the arrival two hours early! The old dishwasher was removed without any damage to our flooring or walls, and the new dishwasher was installed as if they were putting it in their own home. I was very pleased with my experience.

not a great start to this purchase. took a delivery of the washer only to find out it was missing the hose, then another visit for the hose delivery mot install just delivery and a third visit for the install only to find out the washer did not work. had another visit that told them washer was not working got a new washer installed and then finally got it working right. they definitely do try to get it right. just a process to get it done.

We love this dishwasher. Lots of bells and whistles that you can choose from including how long or intensity the wash cycle. Extremely quiet!

The installation was delayed because the installer did not have everything that he needed to complete the job, so we had to reshedule. The installer was knowledgeable and detailed during the installation. Outside of the rescheduling situation I have no complaints about the process.
