The installation was quick and thorough. He addressed all of my concerns. The previous dish washer had tilted a bit. He tried to make sure that will not happen with the new one.

Remodeling a house and had to redo the whole kitchen. Got a great deal on all kitchen appliances along with a washer and dryer. Bestbuy installers were great to work with. The cabinet company kept pushing back the project which meant I hat to reschedule the appliance install. They were happy to reschedule every time. Then when they finally came out they were ontime, super fast and knowledgeable. It was an older home so that meant small hallways and tight turns. They didn't complain once and got everything in place and installed with out damaging the house.

Good crew...noticed when they left there was a dent on the stainless steel surface...as well as a compression bend on the bottom of the unit from forcing the unit into place...they were in a rush to finish so they could beat the traffic...

The instal crew was efficient. One stayed in the truck getting the product ready while the other pulled the old dishwasher out. They were right on time and worked together to get the old out and new up two flight of stairs. They were in my place for less than an hour. They were such nice and efficient men, laid down a rug to work on, had masks on due to covid. Showed me how to work it. I was thrilled.

We had major issues with two malfunctioning dishwashers delivered and the same delivery guys came and installed. The final delivery was made and I have to say, this crew was WONDERFUL!! They were so helpful and kind, they all deserve a raise - so professional!!!

The technician was excellent. He had car trouble and still got this to me and installed it the same day. He exceeded my expectations in every way. He kept me updated, and when he showed up to my house he had his vaccination card out and covers for his shoes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job with the installation.
