Could not have asked for better service from these two. Contacted me the night prior to lock in window and what I needed to prep for the install, then called when they were headed so I would be prepared. Walked me through the install as well as how to operate the unique middle shelf. Superior attention to detail. Would want them to install anything I buy:)

The install crew successfully hooked up the dishwasher, and it worked for 3-4 runs, but then the water stopped filling and there was a grinding noise inside the unit. I'm not sure if it was an Install Issue or a Defective Product, but Best Buy sent a new unit out to my house right away - good customer service! Hope this one works well now!

Our installer went above and beyond to make sure our dishwasher was properly set and we were satisfied. He was very courteous and professional.

The installer was very knowledgeable about the product as well as all the plumbing issues under my sink. He did an excellent job installing the dishwasher and was very conscientious about cleaning the area when he was finished. He was very friendly and my husband and I really appreciated that he gave us his business card and said to call if we had any questions or problems.

The install team was good at getting the dishwasher in as best they can. I just do not like how long the return hose is to the garbage disposal. They had to wrap it around and around, this is the part I had to buy for best buy to install, so way don't then offer different lengths?

I was kinda skeptical about having Best Buy install the dishwasher for us. When we go into the store and ask questions most of the employees don't really have any knowledge to help. This was definitely not the case with the gentleman that installed. He was awesome! Came on time, installed, and even educated us on how to work it plus tips on how to maintenance the machine. Our dog even liked him, which is crazy cause she barks at everyone. I'd definitely go through best buy again if this is the kind of service they offer!

Good job by the installers. They knew what they were doing. They also wre very careful not to damage anything else during the installation.

I cannot speak about the dishwasher, because it was never delivered. After waiting for 3 weeks on delivery and installation, I had to call Best Buy on delivery day just to have them tell me they rescheduled my install for an additional week. However, they never informed me and if I wouldn’t call them, I would’ve never known. I immediately cancelled everything from Best Buy and purchased a dishwasher (with delivery and installation service) from Home Depot. Needless to say, I will not purchase appliances from Best Buy ever again. Lastly, the total bill from Best Buy was $1,500.00. I got an equivalent dishwasher for a total of less than &1,000.00 from Home Depot.

The Geek Squad installer was professional and informative.

The installer were nice and knowledgeable however when they installed the water hose line and installed a screw it went through the waterline and caused major leak. Called them back within 5 minutes when they left to let them know it was leaking no call back. Place called to center and still no call back. Horrible service from center. Finally I had to called Bosch to send someone out.

From the ease of purchase, installation, and then using this product is great. It runs quiet and gets the dishes cleaner than my previous dishwasher.
