The entire time he was here he was professional, quick, and informative as he walked me through the features of the new unit.

I had to pay the third party appliance installer $120 because they would not use the existing water line and because of that they had to replace the existing water valve.

This was also after sales at Orange Park assured it wouldn’t take that long. Lucky Best Buy has experienced and excellent installer. Installation process and service was top notch and seriously the only reason why I’d buy there again.
