Excellently installed; quickly accomplished and removed the old dishwasher

Excellent installers Mike and Kincaid!! I would highly recommend these two professional installers. My only complaint is that Best Buy should have notified us ahead of time that we would need to pay extra for a plumbing permit.

Good cleaning action and quiet. The Bosch also has good features for special washes. Happy with it.

The installation of this went quickly and the crew did a good job. Everything seems to be running great and I am glad I didn't have to do it myself.

PURCHASED A DISHWASHER AND INSTALLATION FROM BEST BUY IN YORBA LINDA, CA. WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS IT WAS DELIVERED AND INSTALLED BY AN OUTSTANDING YOUNG MAN. HE TOOK CARE OF EVERTHING, INCLUDING REMOVING THE OLD DISHWASHER AND HE WAS EXTREMELY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE OUR WOOD FLOORS IN THE PROCESS. HIS NAME WAS BRIAN RACZON, WHO I FEEL SHOULD RECEIVE AN AWARD FOR BEING VERY, VERY GOOD AT HIS JOB. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE OF NOT ONLY HIS JOB, BUT OF THE PRODUCT WE BOUGHT. THANK YOU BEST BUY FOR HAVE SUCH A OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE.

The crew arrived at the time they said they would. Installed the dishwasher quickly and efficiently. They took our other dishwasher when they left.

The installer was very polite and quick. All was ok until I found out that the dishwasher had not been leveled. Luckily, this was discovered by the installers of my cooktop, and fridge.

I am very happy with the installation. The crew was on time. They were very knowledgeable. They worked around the difficult access issues.

Bought this for my son. Paid Best Buy to install. First installer put in a damaged dishwasher and left before full testing. Called Best Buy and they sent a technician out weeks later. Horrible customer service. He stayed 5 minutes and said dishwasher was damaged before install and said I needed to call customer service to order a new one and install. TookWEEKS more to get a delivery date scheduled AGAIN. Was on hold for over an hour just scheduling. Every time I picked a date they put me on hold and came back with "Sorry for some reason we have that date blocked out". Finally sent an installer who knew what they were doing. Will be very hesitant to order another appliance for that reason. Dishwasher itself is functioning great now that it has been properly installed.

Had dishwasher installed by Best Buy. Arrived during the time window and was in and out quickly. After a month, everything still working well!

I didn't know what this replacement kit was but I'm glad it works!

The lads doing this were fantastic. Scheduling a bit goofy but with the pandemic I sort of expect that. The crews came and made sure the new one would fit first, then called the guy downstairs on the truck to unpack the new one while they pulled out the old one. Crew downstairs brought up the new one and took out the old one while the other guys installed the new one. Nice job, all looks good. Courteous and professional Job Well DOne

These two individuals were awesome. They knew what they were doing, and did it well. They were both polite and knowledgeable.

This is what you need when you purchase the dishwasher.

Guys we're very good , no banging up the walls or unit. Put the E. box in a very good place for the unit Not to conflict with the power line
