Guys we're very good , no banging up the walls or unit. Put the E. box in a very good place for the unit Not to conflict with the power line

Installer did a good job of installing unit. Cleaned up excess materials from installation and provided quick instruction on units functions.

Thanks to Best Buy and Geek Squad for working around our counter top install, in order to get this dishwasher installed. It took some additional coordination, and you handled it smoothly without question.

Arrived at the end of the 4 hour window but did call 30 minutes prior. Quickly remove the old appliance and installed the new.

On time, in and out quickly, no issues. Works fine

The gentleman who put it in was wonderful I just wish all your employees was as nice as he is. It is hard to buy things from your company because they don't deliver very well and you cannot speak to anyone on the phone you have to go in person is very complicated so I will never buy anything from you in the future

The crew came on time with the dishwasher and quickly had the old one out and the new one installed. They were quick, neat, courteous and knowledgable. When they tested the unit before leaving they found a small leak in the drain line and immediately ordered a new installation kit and reinstalled the old drain line so we could use the unit while waiting for the new kit to be delivered and installed. The second installer who came when the kit had arrived was also very knowledgeable and did a quick and efficient job.

the installers were very quick and efficient on installing the dishwasher. They were careful removing the old dishwasher out of the house.

The installers will not install a dishwasher using the old connections so they can't be held responsible for any connector failure issues. Seems reasonable enough. But the kit did not look as sturdy as the existing plumbing. The installer said the the plastic drain tube would not deteriorate over time like my existing tube will. We'll see in 30 years!

These dishwasher installers were prompt, courteous, and friendly. Their install was professional and FAST! Very pleased.

The one installer that I thought did his job thoroughly and efficiently was Scott who installed the dishwasher. Out of all of my new appliances purchased, this was the only one that went off without a hitch! No matter what store you purchase from, they all use 3rd party vendors and it is the luck of the draw!
