Team of two, worked in complete unison, and the installation was quick and exceptionally smooth. They brought their own masks and shoe covers and made sure I understood the dishwasher settings. The original window of arrival was narrowed the day before to 3 hours and again to 2 hours the morning of delivery. The installers called 20 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were on their way. They were great.

The installation was done quickly. The only problem was I purchased the dishwasher because my old one did not drain out anymore. But when the installers left they told me the new one would not drain either. It seems there is a set of tubes under the sink that needed to be changed before it would drain. Why wasn't that included in the installation?

Their struggles in installing the dishwasher were due to the original plumbing installed when the house was built in 2003. Copper piping was too short to install the new hoses for the dishwasher. They realized they would need a plumber to complete the installation and contacted one. This was no cost to me but was able to complete the installation quickly. A member of the crew stayed around to wait for the plumber and dealt with him directly. The only downside I can think of are the scorch marks left inside the sink cabinet when they originally tried to solder on a copper extension. I did not realize this had happened till they had already gone. it would have been appreciated if they had mentioned this before they left. Other than that little item they did a fantastic job of installing the dishwasher.

This Maytag model is efficient, and quiet. It is very well-built with stainless steel tub. It looks elegant with no fancy gadgets. The control panel is simple and very functional. I asked BestBuy to install it for me. The total cost of this dishwasher and installation was about $900. Mr. Chaz from Best Buy installed the new dishwasher and removed the old one. He was very professional and courteous. The service was prompt and without any problems. He contacted me the following day to make sure if I had any questions.

It's a great dishwasher...super quiet...does a great job. No complaints. The installation itself was good. The problem was getting to that point! Bought a whole kitchen of appliances and getting delivery and installed coordinated was a nightmare! They are not equipped to do it the same day.....so if you want them to install you gotta take two days off work...one for deliveryand one for installation. That's not great customer service in my book. It's a good product. The installation was good, but they just don't have the flow worked out to make it happen with ease for the customer. I would hesitate to overly recommend this frustration to a friend. I had 3 delivery dates set trying to work this out.

Install was good, but the connection was not adjusted and the hot water was not going through. It was not dissolving the pod. I had to figure it out. All good now.

Two installers delivered and installed the new dishwasher, taking the old one away. They did a great job and gave me a brief tutorial.

We purchased an LG dishwasher and are extremely happy with it. It is very quiet and works well. However it is not smudge proof and does leave a lot of fingerprints which is somewhat annoying. The one thing that we were unhappy with was the installation of our dishwasher. The man that installed the dishwasher left a puddle of water under our sink and scratched our hardwood floor while pushing the dishwasher in its current place.

It works very good so far. Holds a lot and very quiet.

The install service for my dishwasher was excellent. They set the appointment several weeks in advance, called me to confirm prior to coming out to the house to install 24 hrs. ahead as promised. I had given them the wrong house number (it's for a rental property) and I asked them to correct it. That was somewhat a lengthy process, transferred to another person, the process took 20 minutes. I was told the installer would call me 30 min ahead of time to confirm they were on their way the next day. He did call and he did NOT have the change of address so I told him the correct house number and he met me about 20 minutes later. Very nice young man, did a great job installing, and hauling away the old dishwasher. He did not re-install the PVC elbow pipe quite snug enough and I had a slight mess to clean up later under the sink. I was cleaning paint brushes in the sink so I know it occurred after he left. I was able to re-seat the pipe with the seals I had so no big deal. I was really running the water hard in the sink so I don't totally blame him for not seeing the problem unless he's supposed to turn the water on full blast. He did demonstrate the dishwasher before he left and pointed out no leaking. I would use the service again; but I would turn the water on all the way and let it run for a few minutes before signing off on it. Otherwise 5 Star Service.

Very quiet and cleans extremely well. Not too large but holds a lot of dishes
