I'm not pleased with this delivery at all. The delivery was made in an old pick up truck that had no identification showing it was affiliated with Best Buy. The guy did wear a mask but no gloves and touched almost everything in my home. As soon as he got here, he asked if he could use my bathroom. I'm not sure if he even washed his hands, but I do know he left the seat up!!! Afterward, he said he needed in the garage to turn off the water heater so nothing would leak. Even though he did this water still leaked under my sink. Enough water, I had to put a bucket under there. I'm unaware if he had already turned the hot water back on at that point. The entire ordeal was uncomfortable and highly unprofessional, given coronavirus cases are surging daily at an alarming rate.

The Bosch dishwasher was un-installed by your excellent serviceman. I have been trying to find a white dishwasher that actually dries the dishes but no luck so far. I will try again once the manufacturers are back on track with machines available for viewing in person. Service was quick, efficient and he left the area neat and clean.

The technician who came to “reinstall” the dishwasher was fast, professional, and courteous. I have not had any problems with the dishwasher since it was reinstalled. The first installer had made a mistake , and the second installer noticed it immediately and corrected the problem.

Dishwasher installed properly and working well. We had a mixup with the unused dishwasher install package, installer took it and said a refund was coming. It would have worked better if I would have taken the kit back myself as the refund did not show up without phone calls on my part.

Installation was excellent. Installer called to confirm arrival time and showed up on schedule. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He completed the removal and installation in a timely manner and with no issues.

Installation process was a breeze. Guy showed up on time and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Doesn't get any easier than that.

We hadn't used our old dishwasher in years, so our shutoff valve was bad. The two-man team offered to replace it with a new 1/4 turn valve at a reasonable price. I could've done that myself, but it would've take four times as long. They also leveled and perfectly fit the new unit.
