The men did a fast & professional job. Quickly, just in & out. Good job guys!

The installer Chris was great. He called and commicated time frame. Was very professional and respectful to home. He went above to get these newer models that did not have same secure attachments correctly. He took time to show us how to use it and made sure it was in working order and if qe had any questions he took time to answer. He cleaned up and was great.

The installation was done very quickly! They removed old washer and installed new one. They also ran the dishwasher to be sure it was ready to go.

The installation was completed accordingly and well done. He is very friendly and organized. It was a pleasure having him.

Josh and his associate of J & B Appliances did an excellent install that required extra length hoses. They protected the cabinets and counter top. They were in and out in an hour.

Disheasher install good but fridge install watch your floors tore my 5 year old floors up.

Our dishwasher install was a bit of a struggle but not by the installers doing. He did everything to install it. He assisted with our permission to remove a molding that was causing it not to fit even after removing or lowering the feet of the dishwasher. Had the molding marked so I can go have it cut. Anyone else probably would have said, "sorry doesn't fit," and leave. Appreciate your help. Would purchase again with install. Its hard to find good customer service anymore and with best buy they never disappoint.

As a Brit with too limited knowledge of US plumbing and electrics, this was always going to be contracted out to a tradesman. It came down to pricey installation costs -v- the convenience of installation on delivery day. If you're a local, I suspect a local plumber could do it for half the price BestBuy charge.

The installation was well done. They clean everything after they finished the installation.

Very friendly took out things under my sink and put everything back, made sure it was working.

We are typically the DIY type of family, but opted to have our new dishwasher installed by Best Buy to save time and effort. The installation team was nice and worked quickly. The only negative was that one of the base screws came off about two weeks after installation, but it screwed back easy enough. Thanks!

The guys were done with the installation in less than 20 minutes. They were careful in removal and installation. Ran a test run and it worked.

I actually started this review as installation review not the dishwasher itself. After 1 month of using the dishwasher the rubber part at the bottom fall down, probably due to the motions. Do not think this should happen with the expensive dishwasher - could be some mistake during the installation? we use Best Buy professional installation
