Install went well. The made sure that everything fit.

The gentleman who put it in was wonderful I just wish all your employees was as nice as he is. It is hard to buy things from your company because they don't deliver very well and you cannot speak to anyone on the phone you have to go in person is very complicated so I will never buy anything from you in the future

Best Buy completely botched the delivery and smart wifi connection on three kitchen appliances. Horrible customer service! They were not going to deliver the dishwasher even though they had it in stock on the day of my delivery. Best Buy said they did not have it until I complained. First they said on the phone the day of the delivery, "its first come first serve." Well, I paid for it over 5 weeks ago". Suddenly it turned up. They delivered it several hours late and the delivery guy comained to me multiple times that "he was not happy about this" as he had to go back at the end of his day to pick it up and deliver it. The customer service people do not listen and hang up on you. I've spent over $5500 on appliances here. In the store, they guys were great. After that, its all offshore people who made a huge mess, hang up and cold transfer when they do not want to fix difficult issues that Best Buy created! When I tried to get Geek Squad support, it was no where to be found. When I called and asked, "can you tell me what your installed yesterday" they said no, it looks like its still on order". Michael set up return orders and initiated refunds when I am not returning anything. I will never shop here again and will most likely initiate a law suit if not compensated. (Reps in the last 24 hrs, almost an entire business day in phone calls: David, Jade, Jasmine, Michael, Evelyn, Kristina)

Tony was great. Informed us our Bosch dishwasher purchased was a good choice. He was very informative - He has the least amount of service calls for Bosch while it being one of the most popular brands. Tony advised us to put the dishes in dirty and if we clean 1st, we won't get good results. So, we scrape off the solid stuff, then straight into the washer - everything is spotless! The silverware drawer looks like all new - amazing. We use one teaspoon each of crystals and rinse agent and we have a new level of clean!

My dishwasher had a problem one of the trays was broken and the replace it with a new product also the washer work very good

Installer was top notch. Our existing DW was never centered properly due to cabinet base misalignment. Always looked odd. After installation, this installer noticed it, didn't like the way it looked, got some longer screws, made some adjustments and bingo, looks great. It took him an extra 10 minutes, and was much appreciated. Want to add that the power supply hookup was much different than my older, less expensive Bosch. Not a simple replacement. Recommend you get the Best Buy installation.

Kwok was super attentive to detail in his installation of the dishwasher and explained all the features. It looks great.

The installation is fine and was within an hour but the hose to the sink leaks every time I start the dishwasher. I haven't yet called to try to get this fixed but plan to soon (right now I have a bucket under the counter catching the water, but that's not a long-term solution). The installer was nice and friendly.

There was a major issue with purchasing the dishwasher for which free install was advertised but you had to click on the free install banner to purchase the dishwasher with free install and it was not intuitive,. Once it finally got scheduled it went fine and they threw in the kit for free because of the trouble.

Great dishwasher Had a leading brand and was given great information about the comparisons between the two. Was skeptical on switching to this brand but after using it for a couple of weeks, it works better than I could have imagined The service professionals that installed it were top notch. Extremely professional and very courteous. We had a little issue with the first install and they sent the team back out and corrected it flawlessly with and without any questions. Truly made me a fan of Best Buy.
