The one installer that I thought did his job thoroughly and efficiently was Scott who installed the dishwasher. Out of all of my new appliances purchased, this was the only one that went off without a hitch! No matter what store you purchase from, they all use 3rd party vendors and it is the luck of the draw!

Installers had good communication, were neat and efficient. I had two defective washers in a row, so I had plenty of time to assess skills. They were terrific.

bought a new dishwasher- best buy installers were so booked (busy) and i let the salesperson refer me to another service. they came installed it- did not check it to see if it worked and just left. when i got home from work the machine was dead-DOA had to call best buy- the store manager sent the in house install service along with a new machine and everything was fine after they installed the 2nd machine

I was surprised to find out the guy was alone when receiving and installing our new dishwasher. He did a great job and made sure our wood floors were not scratched by physically carrying the new and old dishwashers to the kitchen and outside instead of rolling them around. I felt sorry for the guy and his back though. That seemed kind of rude of the delivery company to expect that of him. Regardless, he did a great job and we are very happy with his work.

The guy that came and put in our dishwasher did a great job he checked every nook and cranny made sure everything was perfectly level showed us how to do it and work it was very knowledgeable and were really happy with our dishwasher and the service we received

Best Yet Installation did an excellent job in installing our new dishwasher. They showed up on time, put down drop cloths to keep the kitchen floor clean and cleaned up after the installation. We highly recommend this company and after having less than stellar performance from other big box installers will use Best Buy again.
