The install went fine. Unfortunately they did not have the right size fittings and had to reschedule. This would have required another paid appointment, costing me more money. Total members don't have to pay this but be aware of this. I had no idea I needed these fittings to avoid the new appointment and extra cost so ask questions to try and avoid this.

Dishwasher install was great. They installed it quickly and everything works as it should.

Very impressed with Juan Carley & his associate. Their attention to detail while installing my dishwasher was impressive - made sure it was flush with counter, level & plumb. He also verified that dishwasher ran correctly & checked connections for leaks. I would highly recommend these installers. They are a genuine asset to Best Buy.

The crew did a great job, and we were happy with the installation. They cleaned up, and it was like they were never there except we had a functioning dishwasher that was installed perfectly!

The installer was great! Unfortunately I don’t remember his name, but he was super quick, respectful of our home, and informative. He pointed out that there was a small leak under the sink and tightened up some pipe connections.

The guys came on time and respected our cleanliness requests and took time to get the job done right per our rigorous standards. Actually the probably would have done that on their own!

The guys were absolutely amazing. They got to my house around 830 at night just so I would have my appliances that day and not a later day. They were very polite and clean. They picked up after themselves and even put a level on everything after they finished to show me that they were level. They went over the product features with me and showed me how they worked. This was the best install I've ever had done. 5stars

I love how you can adjust the height on the middle row. The third row is a bonus for anyone who uses ramekins for their dipping sauce. It's beautiful, you can see yourself when looking inside it, how crazy is that! It's so quiet, my husband had no idea it was running, went to open it, I had to stop him and explain the red dot on the floor. Yep, it has an indicator light to let you know it's running! The only bad thing, that's really not that bad, it's never, and I mean 'NEVER' dry inside. So, just like a washing machine that's stainless steel, you need to run a cleaning tablet once a month to keep it from smelling.

The BestBuy installation team arrived on time and installed my new dishwasher quickly and professionally. They explained the process and cleaned up all the boxes before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Had difficulty ordering a dishwasher on line so I called- the Rep suggested this model. I was in a hurry so I went ahead and ordered for my condo. The Bosch dishwasher is amazingly quiet and does a great job cleaning the dishes. Everything fits, pots and pans too. The panel flashes if you don't shut the off button after unloading- not a big deal. Rep scheduled Geek Squad install the same day as delivery; they called me 5 times to remind me. Then installer showed up before delivery, left, and it took me 3 days to get him back but he did do a great job. Make sure to schedule install day after the delivery.

Our dishwasher installers were careful, considerate, thorough, and professional from start to finish. They removed the old dishwasher, carefully putting a bowl under parts that could drip when disconnected. When installing the new dishwasher, they thoroughly leveled the machine and ran a test. Consideration for our home was shown every step of the way.

These Best Buy contractors were some of the most efficient installers I have come across. They were extremely polite and highly professional and competent. I barely knew when they were leaving, they were so fast and quiet. They did an excellent job

A bit of a problem. It couldn't be installed during the first visit of the installer since he did not have time enough to redo the plumbing necessary. Re-scheduled for a week later. There was a snow storm and he called and asked if he could reschedule for 4 days later. He said he would give me a bit off on the price of installation. I said fine. He called on that day late in the afternoon and asked if I wanted him still to come that day. Installation would take a while, so would I prefer that he come first thing the next day. I agreed to it. The installation was fine. I still need the electrical work done. I did get a break on the cost of the installation, so I am satisfied. The dishwasher is working well.

So far, so good on the LG. Looks good, very quiet, works well. The price was a good deal for an LG quiet machine.

So far, one fabulous dishwasher! My second Bosch and I need a quiet one. This one is so quiet you do not know it is running except for a little light telling you so. Excellent in the cleaning department. Glasses sparkle and dishes are super clean.

Excellent install experience! Extremely professional installation team, had old appliance out and new one installed in very short order. Took the time to securely anchor product, even installing additional bracing, and leak tested appliance and hook-up at water valve. Very impressed with installers!
