best buy did a good job with dishwasher install thanks

The installation was great. No problems and the technician was very helpful.

A crew came to my home on time and installation was smooth and quick.

I hate it when these 3rd party installers hired by Best Buy corner you to spend extra when they get to your place. They try to pretend to be nice and give you that option but always geared toward letting you really purchase additional service from them which I really hate because they are already there and you don't want to reschedule the installation on another time which could take weeks! Also, they don't handle new appliance carefully!!!

Very professional told me he would be here at the time he said we were running a little late he gave us time told us he would wait and told us take our time very nice guy

The installer did great installing the dishwasher. Thought he was late , he was apologetic and quickly installed the dishwasher on Sunday.

They installed fast and easy. Did not take very long. Chewced out dishwasher before they left.

Fits perfectly,very easily installed without hitches.

Install quality was great. Being charged an additional $85 for a permit was a surprise. That part could have been communicated a lot better

The guys did an amazing job of install. They were polite, prompt and informative. They even provided additional tips on how to maintain the machine, install the bluetooth and contact my energy company for rebates!

We weren't sure if we wanted to pay for the installation but glad we did. The men were professional, took the old one out, installed the new one, and didn't leave any packaging for us to dispose of! Great experience!

Loading is very different from our JenAir. It makes odd or larger size items more challenging to load. Otherwise it's five stars hands down.

We ordered a Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy. The Geek Squad came out to install it. There were 2 guys. They were very nice and very professional. It took maybe an hour for them to remove the old dishwasher and hook up the new one. I found a leak under my sink during the install (which had been there for a while, apparently) and one of the installers cleaned it up and tightened the loose PVC drain pipe for me. They did a great job. They went above and beyond what they came out to do. I would highly recommend them for an appliance install.

The dishwasher was scheduled and was installed with no issues. Except the dishwasher was defective. The service technician had the service dept call me to get a replacement. It has been 2 weeks and the still no replacement.

They were friendly, careful , and quick when installing my new appliances. They were careful when removing my old appliances.

From the on-phone ordering through the installation, the experience was great. Edgar Magana, my installer, was fantastic. Edgar brought in my dishwasher and discovered in a short time that it was too big for the opening... but Edgar remained optimistic and helpful. I had a handyman working outside that day, my handyman had to cut my tile floor to get the dishwasher to fit. Edgar was amazing and patient throughout the ordeal, assisting in any way he could. I love my new Bosch dishwasher.

Super friendly and knowledgeable installers! The demo was very helpful because there were some features I didn't even know I had access to. It was quick, fast and I learned so much in such a short period of time. I wish every install was like this
