The demo was very helpful because there were some features I didn't even know I had access to. It was quick, fast and I learned so much in such a short period of time. I wish every install was like this

Needed to come back the next day

Back then the water line was located in the front of a machine and now they are located in the back. I called a plumber in to make the alteration the same day and Best Buy returned the next day to complete the installation.

3rd Party finally delivered

The installer was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, it took over eight different scheduled attempts to get it delivered. I’m uncertain what would have happened if the Bolingbrook,IL office hadn’t gotten involved.
