They were professional, courteous and informative! Best Buy or geek squad not sure which department was Responsible for scheduling with theThird party vendor was not so awesome from a communication perspective but it all worked out in the end.

Bought this product to get hooked up with my dishwasher and it does the job. Happy it is working and cleaning things wondefully.

not a great start to this purchase. took a delivery of the washer only to find out it was missing the hose, then another visit for the hose delivery mot install just delivery and a third visit for the install only to find out the washer did not work. had another visit that told them washer was not working got a new washer installed and then finally got it working right. they definitely do try to get it right. just a process to get it done.
