Great Installer

He really knows what he is doing. He is also good at making sure that if there is a problem with the product - the Customer always winds up with a completed install by making sure that additional parts, if needed are ordered and he comes back to finish the job.

The first one failed in the first month.

The first unit was installed and failed just three weeks later. It was replaced with a new one but anything that fails completely in the first month is suspect.

Professional job

I like how they explained what they were doing and let me know about a possible need to replace the shutoff valve. The only negative is that I wish they had either taken off their shoes or covered them to protect our hardwood floor.
