It’s unusual to find a service company that turns up within the advertised window, Let alone 10 minutes early, like these guys did. They did an excellent job installing my dishwasher, even going to the lengths of laying down floor coverings between the front door and the kitchen. Removal of the old one was quick, installation of the new one even quicker. Good job guys

bought a new dishwasher- best buy installers were so booked (busy) and i let the salesperson refer me to another service. they came installed it- did not check it to see if it worked and just left. when i got home from work the machine was dead-DOA had to call best buy- the store manager sent the in house install service along with a new machine and everything was fine after they installed the 2nd machine

This installation of our dishwasher was done by professionals. They were very knowledgeable and worked professionally and efficiently.

The young man installing the dishwasheran was a Class Act. I couldn't believe the efficiency with which he removed the old washer and installed the new one without a helper. He arrived on time and finished before the 2-hour window closed. If I knew his name I would request him for every appliance installation I might have.

Product is overall good but Best Buy in Champaign is not properly equipped to sell appliances. I filed a claim with Sedgwick, Best Buy’s insurance company whenever there’s damages to your property and haven’t had a resolution to my issue. They usually hire a 3rd party to do installations and they don’t do the best job.

The delivery team arrived with two supervisors who oversaw the operation. All were extremely nice and thorough. They also cleaned up and explained the operation of the dishwasher.

the first installer came into my rental unit & said it wouldn't fit and I have to remove the baseboard then when I couldn't remove the baseboard b/c of complications, I called back and the 2nd installer had no problems and was TERRIFIC! So I would highly recommend the installers even though Best Buy uses 3rd party installers. Good luck
