Installers were very efficient in installing our new Bosch dishwasher!

The installation guys did a great job. The dishwasher itself is ok.

Safety conscious, on time , friendly and professional. Our dishwasher was delivered, and was discovered to have a dent and two scratches- the installation team pointed it out, and let us decide whether or not to install (we did have it installed). They gave us great directions on how to use our new dishwasher, and how to deal with Best Buy on the damage (which was not their fault)

Very professional contractor. I have no major concerns. Ohhhh, he had to shave the wood to get the dishwasher in since it was swollen from a previous water leak......and that's ok with me...but leaving the shavings and everything on the floor was a concern. I would have preferred him leaving his work area clean.

I have had the dishwasher for almost a year, dishes comes out clean, it runs quietly. No problem so far.

I have had many things delivered and installed by Best Buys and I am always pleased with their service.

This install was a cluster. The tech arrived and said he was there to pick up the old one and leave the new one. We didn’t have the new one yet. He said another member of Geek Squad would be out to install. I called Best Buy and was told that tech was supposed to install it but obviously didn’t want to do it. So Best Buy had to reschedule a few days later.

Placed this order on Oct 28 and they finally scheduled to install on December 4th and gave me a window of between noon and 8 pm.. At 7 pm I called to find out when they were coming and they informed me that they had rescheduled me to a week later also with the same window. Waited all day with out a phone call to let me know. When they showed up a week later they installed the unit. When they were almost complete, I noticed that the dishwasher was not in the cabinet straight and one side is sticking out further than the other.. They said that it was as far back as it goes.. After they left , I noticed a noticeable dent int he side of this dishwasher. I immediately called customer service and got someone that could barely speak english. There were actually roosters crowing in the background and I could barely understand or hear her. I told her that I wanted a manager to contact me to discuss this with. A week and half goes by and still no call.. I had to call again to be transferred 3 times before finally getting someone that could help.. Best Buy your customer service is terrible and you need to consider giving those customer service jobs to Americans rather than outsourcing to foreign countries. I will most likely take my elite plus purchases elsewhere in the future.
