We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the people that installed the dishwasher. They showed up on time and called just prior to the arrival. They surveyed the job and verified that the dishwasher would fit prior to starting work. They took care in protecting the floor and checked their work so no problems would occur. They were pleasant and provided tips on how to get the most from our new dishwasher. We highly recommend utilizing the Geek Squad.

The dishwasher works far better than the previous Whirlpool and the installation was done completely and professionally.

The installer was a nice guy. He had the old unit out and the new unit in in under an hour. So far everything is working well.

Friendly service. But they left a gap between counter top and the top of dish washer. When they came back for an issue with dish washer, we told them and they had to adjust the legs and brushed it off as "that's all it is". But, why install it like that?! Should have done it right the first time. Felt they were rushing. Delivery people showed up earlier each time than scheduled time. Which is fine but when we were not home, they would call us and say they are waiting outside. Told us that the what they get is not the same schedule as Best Buy...Seemed like they just wanted to get their day done early so just showed up.

Service tech was great. Arrived early, completed removal of old dishwasher and installation of new one with zero problems.

The Best Buy delivery rep did a nice job removing our old dishwasher prior to installing our new unit. The entire time he was here he was professional, quick, and informative as he walked me through the features of the new unit.

This dishwasher is super quiet and does a fantastic job of washing the dishes. The normal cycle is really long, though.

Our dishwasher installation got off to a rocky start when we got an email confirming our afternoon install and then got an after hours call confirming a morning install. There was a little leak at a turnoff valve which hadn't been used for years and The installer returned promptly the next day and fixed this.

The technician did a great job installing the new dishwasher and got rid of the old unit.

Excellent delivery and installation experience. The delivery team was courteous and careful when they removed the old dishwasher and brought in the new one. The installation person seem to be quite knowledgeable and patiently explained the features of the dishwasher. Whatever the top rating is, if it’s five stars, I give him five stars plus.

Our dishwasher was installed by the Geek squad and as usual they are so helpful and patient. Answered our questions and our dishwasher was installed in no time. They are always on time and call and email to let you know the time.

The Best Buy installation person did an excellent job of installing the Bosch Dishwasher. However, originally he said that because it was hardwired, he couldn't do the job. After showing him the hardwire cord that was sold with the installation kit, he agreed to proceed. It took an hour of hard work to install the appliance and he did well.

Had to call back because of leveling problem and had small leak in drain hose connection. Overall good installation
