The team did a terrific job of making sure the install was right for our ‘no air gap” application. They were careful to protect the flooring and countertop. Before leaving they even gave the stainless steel face a nice polish.

I have nothing negative to say about the installation of my dishwasher. The guys were very friendly and even pointed out to me where there was a small hole behind my dishwasher where small rodents could potentially get in and they sealed it up for me. That was great to know because we just moved into our house and would not have ever known had they not pointed it out. They cleaned up everything and hauled off my old dishwasher. They were very pleasant and professional.

I usually do this work myself but didn't have time. They did a great job, arrived on time with constant communication, their work was quick, clean and get friendly. Took away my ancient dishwasher, very careful not to damage anything. That's!!!!

The installers were able to schedule an appointment early and install the dishwasher quickly. It wasn't a hassle at all and the end results were great! The fact that it was covered by My Best Buy Total made this an easy sell!

After having to PLEAD with BB to keep their word, when the folks finally showed up (on a Saturday) and installed the machine I was grateful. The 'kickplate' was trashed out of the box and hasn't been addressed as yet. Josiah, the assistant manager at the Springfield Oregon store, told me he would get a replacement out to us or replace the machine, but hasn't done so yet. I have sent him a text but, alas, he has not responded. This appears to be the business model for best buy as it's pretty consistent. Best Buy seems to keep good customers at arms length. This is the reason we are closing our account with Best Buy.

Great dishwasher Had a leading brand and was given great information about the comparisons between the two. Was skeptical on switching to this brand but after using it for a couple of weeks, it works better than I could have imagined The service professionals that installed it were top notch. Extremely professional and very courteous. We had a little issue with the first install and they sent the team back out and corrected it flawlessly with and without any questions. Truly made me a fan of Best Buy.

I had XPO Logistics for my kitchen, horrible installers. This time it was a different company and 2 awesome guys. They got the old one out and the new one in, down into the basement, tight stair well, tight turns, like it was nothing and they rehearsed it before. Set up and running in probably a half hour, maybe a little more. Thanks guys .. think it was Adiane and Rafael .. probably spelled it wrong ...
