The Best Buy installation person did an excellent job of installing the Bosch Dishwasher. However, originally he said that because it was hardwired, he couldn't do the job. After showing him the hardwire cord that was sold with the installation kit, he agreed to proceed. It took an hour of hard work to install the appliance and he did well.

Excellent service. It is the 5th time of redo installation. Professional and friendly service. The person (the same guy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd service) took out the water hose but this person (5th) provided his own parts to me when he heard my worst experience for the installation. My dishwasher was delivered and completed 90% installation on Dec 08 of last year except for water supply.

Delivery and installation was excellent. I appreciated the thoroughness of cleaning up under the dishwasher and the floors. The installer pointed out a very corroded water pipe under my sick and rather than taking the chance that his removing it would ensure he wuld not get it back on, he turned off my water entirely. I really appreciate this kind of thinking and the help cleaning up.
