For my areas Best Buy uses a third party company. They are awesome! The technicians explained everything and showed me features that I wasn’t even aware of in my new appliances. They were professional, courteous and informative! Best Buy or geek squad not sure which department was Responsible for scheduling with theThird party vendor was not so awesome from a communication perspective but it all worked out in the end.

They forgot to hook up drainage causing problems when they returned they said pump was broken Another came to replace dishwasher but found the problem unfortunately it still doesn’t dry dishes

They did a fast and great installation. Removed (and hauled away) the old one and installed the new one in about one hour.

I am giving them a 3 stars because the first time I scheduled the installation; it got cancel the date of the installation without prior notice. When I did not hear from them during my delivery window; I called and was told the technician was running late and would eventually make it to my place. it never happened. I was upset given that I took the day off for it. I called back and they apologized and gave me a $50 reward card. Everything went smooth the second time. the technician was on time and installation was done properly with no mess left behind.

The install tech was on time and fsst. There were extremely professional and did a great job. They were in and out within 30 minutes.

Despite a few problems connected to the age of our house, Kwok was able to complete the job in a manner that pleased us very much.

My dishwasher was set up quickly and it works great!

Installed correctly and on the date scheduled with no problems

I didn't use the dishwasher immediately after it was installed the first time but when I did, no water was getting into it. I called for service and after waiting on the phone, too long, I finally got an appointment for several weeks later. When they came to see what was wrong it turned out that the water supply hose had a kink in it ... now this tells me that the guys installing it didn't really pay attention when they "tested" the dishwasher. After the 2nd installation I noticed that the dishwasher wasn't pushed into the space as far as it was the first time so I see some of the control buttons, which aren't suppose to show, and it sticks out just enough that crumbs and/or drippings land on the top of the dishwasher. When I received an email about whether or not I was happy with the install, I finally emailed back that I wasn't. I paid too much to have it stick out when it's not suppose to. I didn't hear back so I emailed again with the reply that they couldn't help me but I could contact the resolution dept. Why ask me if I was satisfied, if you aren't going to help me? At least give me the contact info for the resolution dept. I will be going to Best Buy first chance I get to talk to someone. I don't see why I am doing all the leg work for a job not well done.
