It was so easy to use the Best Buy app to buy the dishwasher and schedule the install. The guys that did the install were very good and cleaned up after they were done.

Quick and professional installation and gentle people to do this job giving me some recommendation to use .

I hate it when these 3rd party installers hired by Best Buy corner you to spend extra when they get to your place. They try to pretend to be nice and give you that option but always geared toward letting you really purchase additional service from them which I really hate because they are already there and you don't want to reschedule the installation on another time which could take weeks! Also, they don't handle new appliance carefully!!!

i have bought three appliances and I have paid for professional install. They use a 3rd party contractor to install the equipment, they installed 2, and they could not install the dishwasher. They did not give a reason and they did not even leave the kit that I bought. The service man that came to our house said that they will contact us. 3 days passed and no one contacted us. I called best buy and after I was forwarded to the right person, the agent was apologetic and said that she will send them again to connect the dishwasher, the earliest appointment was in 3 days. I told the agent, that my wife is overseas and her phone won't be reachable so use my number since I am still in town. I get a phone call on the intended day of the second appointment and they told me that they have been trying to contact us but no answer and apparently they were using my wife's number. The guy who called me was his name was Tyron and told me that the team has changed their route as "my wife didn't answer". I explained to him that I have told the previous agent to use my number. I told him that I will be available at the house and gave him clear instructions and said, please contact me again when they are on the way. I did not receive a call back. 3 hours later, I call geek squad support and a junior call center answered and she told me that they didn't go to my apartment because they did not have the equipment needed. I told her that this is unprofessional and I asked for the refund for the services that I paid for which were not done in addition to the Kit that I bought and was not left at my place (170$ + 25$ for the kit). She could not refund me. I asked her that I want to speak to a manager and she declined. So I ended up going to a best buy branch where I was welcomed by the manager at the front door and I explained to him the issue, he forwarded me to one of the employees. The employee spent almost half an hour at least bouncing between agents to find the right agent to solve my issue and finally got hold of someone who was a "manager" and asked her if she could explain to me what's going on. The manager told me over the phone that we were missing a part that we were supposed to have for the installation. I told her "how am I supposed to know which part, and how come bestbuy provides an installation service without being prepared for it." I reiterated the fact that this is the second appointment and at this time, they did not even show up and I received no phone call about their decision not to show up. She claimed that i wasn't at the house while I clearly told Tyron that when they are on the way, I will make my way back to the apartment. I then said that this is not acceptable and very unprofessional and all of a sudden I discover that the manager hang up the phone. I was very frustrated and i told them, I am requesting a refund for the service that I paid for and the kit that I haven't received and the local agent at best buy said that they cannot refund me since it was part of an order with multiple items. I told him that this is ridiculous and unfair and sort of a scam. He called in someone else to help and after half an hour, they only refunded the service 170$ and said that they cannot refund the kit nor they can give me another kit and they are not responsible for the 3rd party service that geek squad hires to do the installation. This installation was supposed to be for a rental property that I own and I already had 2 bookings that I had to cancel because of this issue. I have spent more than an hour at best buy waiting till they finally refunded me the service. You would imagine how much time I spent in phone calls before I even went to best buy. I have tried to reach out to supervisors to file a complaint but I failed and I am dissatisfied with the customer service. I would have been better off if they told me from the beginning that they cannot provide such service than waste all my time running around and waiting to discover that they cannot install the dishwasher. I am writing this review as the order online asked for a review and claim that there is a chance I would win 400$ for my review.

This kit required a new supply valve in our kitchen but the install team took care of everything within a few minutes!

I am not handy and have not installed a dishwasher in 40 years. But the instructions were well written and the parts worked as intended by design. I was actually tickled to be able to complete the task by myself.

Delivery was prompt and the installers worked very professionally. Came within a reasonable time frame.

I wasn't home for the service installation, but my wife said it went well and the washer works, so no complaints!

The installation team was quick, clean and personable. Very pleased.

Delivery personnel were friendly and polite. They wore shoe covers and swept up after themselves. Very professional.

The installer is among the best that i have experienced. They obviously installed the dishwasher properly. But they took the extra time to make sure it was balanced and secured, ran properly, and identified an outlet pipe diameter that was not big enough that I needed to address in the future. Also took the time to ensure i understood how to use.

Super friendly and knowledgeable installers! The demo was very helpful because there were some features I didn't even know I had access to. It was quick, fast and I learned so much in such a short period of time. I wish every install was like this

I let Best Buy install everything. My wife works from home so there is never any issues with scheduling. They take all the packaging and the old appliances with them so no need to go to the dump. They're clean and quick wouldnt change a thing.

i bought the dishwasher online, online installation scheduling was 2 weeks ahead (it was mid december) calling got me a faster installation. the technician came in time but did not have the right electric plug, i bought the plug the next day and install it myself. the dishwasher was defective and did not operate correctly. i called the tec who came the next morning and told me to get a new dishwasher. at this point the mismanagement started somehow the call center could not understand that i need to remove a defective dishwasher and install a new one. i got calls for repair, removal and installation but not at the same time. eventually i was told to go to a a store. i went to the store in Boulder CO and spent 2 hours there trying to figure things up. the people at the store really tried to help. i got the meachin 2 weeks later.

Dishwasher is very quiet. Stainless steel is sleek and the fit was true to the specs. Love that it was made in America!

When my dishwasher was originally installed, a large gap was left on one side and it wasn’t pushed back all the way under the counter. I was not pleased with the original installation. I called Best Buy and they set me up for a re-install. The new installers knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the situation. Now my dishwasher is installed properly and working great.
