Everything went great. Love the new Samsung dishwasher, it is so quiet.

The installers knew what they were doing and were efficient in doing the install. They put something down on the wood floors so that they wouldn't get damaged and cleaned things up once the install was done. A job well done of explaining the features on the dishwasher and showed me how to clean the filter.

Great work by Tom and his partner. They showed up on time, efficiently installed the washer and were friendly and patient. BestBuy is turning into our GoTo for appliance purchases and installs.

Safety conscious, on time , friendly and professional. Our dishwasher was delivered, and was discovered to have a dent and two scratches- the installation team pointed it out, and let us decide whether or not to install (we did have it installed). They gave us great directions on how to use our new dishwasher, and how to deal with Best Buy on the damage (which was not their fault)

Good job from easy instructions. Results #5 from the start. The Bosch gets it done and is a nice looking unit.

The men who installed my dishwasher did a great job. They took extra time to fit it in the tight space it was going in.

I was very impressed with this installation. The tech was very kind, explained everything to expect and corrected an issue that I had, from the previous Install. He kept me informed and let me know what to expect. Friendly and very efficient.

Placed this order on Oct 28 and they finally scheduled to install on December 4th and gave me a window of between noon and 8 pm.. At 7 pm I called to find out when they were coming and they informed me that they had rescheduled me to a week later also with the same window. Waited all day with out a phone call to let me know. When they showed up a week later they installed the unit. When they were almost complete, I noticed that the dishwasher was not in the cabinet straight and one side is sticking out further than the other.. They said that it was as far back as it goes.. After they left , I noticed a noticeable dent int he side of this dishwasher. I immediately called customer service and got someone that could barely speak english. There were actually roosters crowing in the background and I could barely understand or hear her. I told her that I wanted a manager to contact me to discuss this with. A week and half goes by and still no call.. I had to call again to be transferred 3 times before finally getting someone that could help.. Best Buy your customer service is terrible and you need to consider giving those customer service jobs to Americans rather than outsourcing to foreign countries. I will most likely take my elite plus purchases elsewhere in the future.
