Very professional and prompt. They installed the dishwasher and a gas range in less than an hour.

The installer came on time, and was focused on installing my dishwasher without any interruptions. He took his time making sure that all connections were secure, meaning no leakage. He made sure the dishwasher was level also, that's a plus for me. After installation, he made sure the dishwasher worked on different cycles. He even answered some questions I had about the dishwasher. I liked the fact that he gave the installation his fully undivided attention. Meaning he was not trying to finish fast to go to his next customer. Great job !!!

The guys did a great job they fixed the leak. It was wonderful. However, when they installed the front part of the dishwasher it’s crooked it’s not straight flat

The installers were great. They came in unpacked the new dishwasher. Make sure everything was installed correctly and then they cleaned up after themselves. Everything was perfect.

Shawn did the installation. He was very professional. He made sure the dishwasher worked and drained properly.

Selling points - smooth ball bearing racks gives effortless glide to rack's pull and push (also denotes a quality product), most metal vs. plastic construction compared to other brands, stainless steel tub, adjustable 2nd rack, lots of holes (40ish) on the wash blades and back of washer for forced water to reach and clean items, sanitation super hot cycle, heated coil drying vs. air circulation drying (not needing a towel to constantly wipe remaining droplets of water), great rep - one of the "lowest % repaired" brands on the market, smooth hidden cycle panel (easier to wipe clean with cloth) vs. button cycle panel (when wiping down counters crumbs and crud can easily fall into the button crevices-must use toothpick to constantly keep clean), no 3rd rack - they don't really clean the front and back of items well (see small wash blade on top of dishwasher and 3rd rack does not have the open design as the other 2 racks for water to easily reach items to clean), also the 3rd rack usually prevents placing tall glasss and plates from being placed in 2nd rack or have to constantly adjust rack, shorter normal wash times than competitors, in the average quiet range. Overall, I felt I got the very most "bang for my buck" in the mid range price of dishwashers. Pay too little and it's cheap junk. Pay for all the "bells & whistles" that end up not being used and more chances for things to short circuit and break. For the Best Deal - buy around a holiday time when deeper discounts are offered or ask to match a competitor's price, brands sometimes offer free installation or rebates (see brand website), store may offer free delivery if certain price point is met, sign up for or use Best Buy credit card for additional reward points or "free" no finance fee extended initerest payment periods. Some of the Bosch had very good reviews, but their construction (racks in particular) seemed inferior and they did not offer a heated coil drying cycle. I spent a lot of time and effort making a decision before choosing this Kitchenaid. I hope my opinion will help in finding the best dishwasher for you. PS I don't care for their new industrial modern handle - wish they offered a choice and that's why I bought the older model. I like the towel rack handle to keep a little cloth handy to wipe away any water or finger prints.

Even though almost all dishwashers are supposed to fit in a slot that is 24 inches wide and 24 inches deep, we held our breath when buying a new one. I had measured the width of the unit in the store, and it seemed we had about 1/8 inch to spare. No problem. The unit fit, and the installation was relatively quick and tidy. The installer took the old unit away with no damage to the floor, door, etc. We.ve run it about a dozen times, and there is no indication of excessive vibration or noise. It's nice to deal with a pro.

The installation went well. The only complaint I have is that the dishwasher was installed without removing the plastic film on the front. It was a bit tricky to remove after installation, but I managed.

Installation experience was fantastic, and dishwasher was installed quickly and without any issues. The person performing the install was on time (actually arrived a bit early). Was great about communicating with us leading up to the install and was very professional and helpful while performing the install.

I thought I reviewed the installation previously, but, I'll do it again. Installation was done on time. The men were nearly dressed and efficient. Numerous notices were sent zeroing in on the time, as the window grew closer. They cleaned up after themselves. Removal and installation went smoothly. No time was wasted. They gave me a brief overview of my model/machine and hit the highlights on running my new machine.

My installer arrived with his son to help out and they did a great job! I have absolutely no complaint. They both knew what they were doing and installed it quickly and correctly the first time. The father gave me a quick run down on how to run it, although I read the manual after they left and everything he said checked out. It has been running flawlessly ever since! I have a stove coming soon and I really hope they come out.

Fast and efficient installation, dishwasher has been running great

I chose to have Best Buy install my new Dishwasher and remove my old one, and their crew did an exceptional job. I will be using them again.

The technicians were fast and efficient and installed our dishwasher professionally. They also uninstalled our old dishwasher and hauled it away for us.

It is super quiet, and it perfectly cleans the dishes. Planty space. I love the third rack, great for siverwares and bowls.

Henry and Jacob installed the dishwasher and they were excellent! They were quick and paid particular attention to getting it level as the floor slopes a little where the dishwasher goes. They were quick and efficient and answered all the questions I had. WE had to wait about 30 days for the dishwasher to be delivered, but so far it was worth the wait!!

Thanks to Andrew for taking the time to correct the first install of our DW. He came out the day before Thanksgiving and even helped us carry in our groceries. The first install was okay, but the contract installer did not return to correct the issue with the door improperly closing. It turned out that it needed to be leveled correctly. Andrew corrected the issue in less than 30 minutes, and assured us that the door was not twisted as we originally thought. The DW is working great. Thanks again!

Guys did a great job and was quite quick. Only thing is where they had to plug in the power cord is where my storange (glass ones) are located and they knocked many of them over and did not clean it up. I am disabled and I cannot get down there to straighten them back up. I was not happy about that.

Best Buy installation and haul-off team was great. Two people that behaved professionally and were friendly. They didn't mind answering questions I had. They were efficient and left the area clean.

Those installation guys are experts. But I'd suggest you check the installation manual by yourself just in case some minor items may be ignored, we found the right side hole missed a small cap, and a small screw inside the container from nowhere
