I had a appointment scheduled and got that it was canceled due to the dishwasher not being at the wearhouse. I was told that I had to call to reschedule. When i called to ceck on it they said the store would call me back two days go by and nothing. I go into the store (the day before labor day) everything was there and tell them the delivery guy said he can do it at this time and played the voice-mail. They said someone would call me the next day. Two days go by so i go back to the store and I didnt have an appointment even scheduled. I told the manager that I do not trust him or the company and asked for my microwave because i was told that was the last one. I told him i want them to come inatall everything but just want to take it home. I got a notice that they were going to deliver my washer but they canceled all my warenties on my microwave. They were Lso supposed to scedule someone out to put the bracket on the stove that was not installed which was not done. I called the corporate number and got everything sorted and restored. When they delivered the dishwasher they did put it in nicely as well as the microwave but left a huge mess!

Installer was prompt and very quick installing the dishwasher. Took the time to show me all the features.

Our installers and installation itself was great. The only concern was how late they arrived.

The installer is among the best that i have experienced. They obviously installed the dishwasher properly. But they took the extra time to make sure it was balanced and secured, ran properly, and identified an outlet pipe diameter that was not big enough that I needed to address in the future. Also took the time to ensure i understood how to use.

Very pleased with Mersud's installation of our replacement dishwasher. It was somewhat complicated because, in the original installation, the electrical wiring, water feed and drain line had been fed under the floor, and access to it was difficult, through the suspended ceiling of the floor below. Mersud was very careful throughout.

The installers were in and out. No mess. No damage. Quick and perfect. Answered all my questions in regards to the dishwasher.

The new dishwasher works great. We had an error code on the first one, but this one has worked perfect since day 1!
