They first tried to deliver & install this without any phone calls or advanced notice. Do not know why, because this is standard operating procedure for just about anyone in this business. Anyway, this caused a week+ delay. The second attempt was successfual as there was much better communication.

The gentleman were very professional explained how the new dishwasher operates were very considerate with insulation considering I have a new wood floor GREAT JOB Given called Supervisor let me talk with him on how to protect my new wood floor

I was a little hesitant getting the dishwasher installed by someone hired by Best Buy as I have had previous problems with other stores and their service. The two men who came in to install the dishwasher could not have been more professional and friendly. I took their business card for other odd jobs I will have in the future! They were AWESOME!!!

Both men worked efficiently and quietly such that I barely knew that they were there. They took care to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. I have hardwood floors and I was a bit nervous about them. No need. They explained the details about running and caring for the dishwasher. I hope I have the good fortune to have install any further purchases.

They arrived promptly during their estimated arrival window and were really professional and thorough with the installation.

We purchased appliances from Home Depot a few years ago and had a bunch of problems with installation. We've now had two dishwashers installed by Best Buy (2 different houses) and we'll never use anyone else again. Installation is quick and well done everytime. I trust that Best Buy will do a great job with install as they've done a great job for us with dishwashers, washers, and dryers. Really pleased with this service!
