The technician that installed the dishwasher were very knowledgeable, professional, and curious.

The Best Buy technician arrived within the 1 hour window scheduled. I was surprised that he was by himself. However, the machine isn't that heavy, just bulky, and he had a hand truck. He installed it quickly and correctly. He was done in about a half hour. He ran the machine through a short cycle to make sure everything was installed correctly and it was. He also advised me that my disposal is starting to rust and may need to be replaced in the near term.

I lucked out and got Louis again for my installation. He have installed my television for me a few weeks back. He’s very personable, and I like the way he goes through the tutorial sessions with me upon completion of the installation.

Due to tile preventing the install, had to have the Tech Team at my house twice for the dishwasher install. Both times the workers did their best to accommodate me. Fast, efficient and very pleasant. Final install after tile removal was great!

The install was quick and done perfectly! I hope I get these guys again if I get something installed by Best Buy!

While I am grateful that my dishwasher was installed and is working properly, I was not happy with the mess left behind in my basement from drilling a new hole through the floor for the water hose.

Unless you are a totally hands own, I highly recommend buying this service. The way GCS custom appliances (Best Buy Geek Squad Sub) installed my Bosch Dishwasher, I could have not imagined a typical handy man do it. Felt that they did an excellent and precise job. Would have preferred Best Buy offering this service for a little less money though :-)
