Excellent service. The were quick, efficient, and kind. The only bad thing was that the valve we had was thebwrong size so that needed to be replaced which was an additional cost.

The best buy installation was quick and they were very professional. They cleaned up after they were done. I was impressed with the knowledge and speed of removing my old dishwasher and installing the new one. Keep up the good work best buy.

Install went well. Had to pay a $94 charge for a new fitting. Could not decline fee because then they would not install. Finished product works great and looks great.

We had a long install day. A team of 4 men came to replace a refrigerator that wasn’t working, install a range and deliver and install the DW. Oh, by the way, did i mention that we ordered all these appliances well over a year ago, and this was the wrong DW. Jose had charge of the DW. He did a nice job of orienting me to use of the machine. After assuring me they would bring the correct DW when it was available. We carried on. There were several debacles. When I went to use the disposal for garbage later that evening after preparing dinner. To my shock, Jose, the installer had left sawdust, a mess, he had unplugged the disposal and airswitch. The large triangular shaped plug took up the entire outlet under the sink. Instead of discussing it with us, he just left the mess, left the disposal unplugged for my 73 year old husband and I to have to deal with after hours, and a sink full of dinner mess. Needless to say I was fuming. He had to know what he did to us. Too bad. Just a long line in mishaps from these delivery folks. This could have been avoided.

Delivered and installed as promised. Best buy offered free install with the dishwasher purchase. Saved $135.

Fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Came early and finished in record time.

Very professional & came in quick. I was told the dishwasher couldn't seat all the way back due to the outlet. I had to call someone else to help me & turns out the foam around the dishwasher was what made it not set all the way to the back. A 2 minute simple fix. Made me feel so embarrassed.

The Best Buy installer was on time, courteous and did an excellent job. Our hardwood floors came through with out a scratch.
