The techs were very accommodating and helpful in the installation. I had a very old dishwasher and they took the time to explain how they would make the connection and to change the pipe fittings. That was an extra cost and above what they were supposed to do, but through their help, I was able to avoid having to call for a plumber. Great work.

The dishwasher installation was done very efficiently. I did have to wait a long time for the installation to be scheduled. The installer was very good. He quickly removed the old dishwasher, put in the new one, tested the new one and gave a basic demo.

I love the 3rd tray for smaller items. I expected it to be quieter than my old one but I can barely tell that it is running

The actual installation was very good. However, it would be nice if the scheduler could be more precise on the slots allowed to the customers. They scheduled me from 7 to 1, when they actually have me from 1 to 4 according to the installer. I could have gone ti work in the morning.
