The installers were nice and efficient. The first set of installers didn't actually do anything because the dishwasher was all busted up out of the box, not the installers fault but a waste of a day off of work and I had to wait over three weeks before a new one was finally installed.

The dishwasher installer did a wonderful job. The dishwasher is super quiet compared to the old one.

my service with best buy has been a disappointment.we bought our kitchen appliances from them and payed for installation.well the dishwasher was hooked up and the person made sure it ran.well a little while after they left i went to check on the dishwasher and it didn't drain.also had problems with the dryer installation.was told by the installer that they had the wrong flex line and i would have to take it back to the store for a replacement. why am i paying for installation and having to run around for the parts??then when the went to hook up the gas stove the same problem.they brought the wrong fitting and couldn't hook up the stove.have paid another service to fix all of the above issues,will have second thoughts about using best buy for any installation at all.plus i'm still waiting on refunds from all oh the installation fees.

My first installer did a horrible job when installing my dishwasher and to top it off he was very rude. It wasn't flush with my cabinets. When you walked in my kitchen you could see the gap between my dishwasher and cabinet cutout. He said there was nothing he could do fix it. Wrong! Best Buy sent a second installer out to fix the problem and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional and polite. Day and night!

Our first 100 series Bosch dishwasher died after 8 days of use. We moved "up" to the next 100 model, which is more user-friendly and has been working fine during the 2 weeks that we've had it. The extra dry button and the red spot projected on the floor to show the machine working are welcome additions to the previous model.

Wonderful install, fast, clean, removed old DW and ave easy directions to use! My friend was happy!

We weren't sure if we wanted to pay for the installation but glad we did. The men were professional, took the old one out, installed the new one, and didn't leave any packaging for us to dispose of! Great experience!

Great dishwasher for the money almost bought a Kenmore and a Bosch both were good but this one is absolutely awesome
