I can not say enough about the service we received from the gentleman who installed our new dishwasher. He was on time, courteous and efficient. One side of the old dishwasher was keeping it from being able to be pulled out and the installer was patient when I would have gotten frustrated trying to get it out. He was eventually successful getting the old one out and had no trouble putting the new one in. He was a credit to your organization.

Love this machine. Super quiet. Cleans so well and does not leave any residue on the glasses. Very happy with this purchase.

I decided, that I didn't want to have to install my dishwasher this go around! So, if you want it professionally installed, you have to purchase this kit, or the installers, will not install your dishwasher, with existing water-lines or other existing-parts! Plus, with the new-parts, everything is warrantied.

We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the people that installed the dishwasher. They showed up on time and called just prior to the arrival. They surveyed the job and verified that the dishwasher would fit prior to starting work. They took care in protecting the floor and checked their work so no problems would occur. They were pleasant and provided tips on how to get the most from our new dishwasher. We highly recommend utilizing the Geek Squad.

When my dishwasher was originally installed, a large gap was left on one side and it wasn’t pushed back all the way under the counter. I was not pleased with the original installation. I called Best Buy and they set me up for a re-install. The new installers knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the situation. Now my dishwasher is installed properly and working great.

The installer was experienced and clearly knew what to do. Also was outstanding in explaining how the dishwasher worked.

When they people delivered the dishwasher, they said they couldn’t install because countertops were not in yet. I did not know this was a requirement. They said no problem, as “we are always in the neighborhood” and left the dishwasher. Took a long time to get appointment for install. Then they said I needed a plumber to make it work. I had assumed “free installation” would leave me with something that worked not requiring $300 for a plumber. Other than that, the guys were friendly and seemed to do a good job as far as it went.

This wasn’t an install but problems after an install. Josh is incredible! He solved all our problems, set up features that we weren’t aware of and explained how to operate everything. Wish he had installed the appliances.

Excellent service. The team was punctual, professional, courteous, neat and efficient. It was painless for me! Love the new washer and dryer, and they whisked away the old ones. Best Buy is now my first stop for appliances and TVs!
