I deducted one star because he turned the unit on while there were still instructions and accessories inside that should have been removed. Overall though, a good experience.

He arrived on time and cleaned up everything when he finished. He fully explained the operating procedures for our dishwasher and shared practical information regarding pre-washing and type of products to use. We were completely satisfied with his efficient and thorough installation and explanation of our new dishwasher.

More communication would help

My complaints are that even with the 3 guys present they left a hose under the sink which is about 6 feet long disrupting any storage under the sink and I would’ve appreciated them asking if I’d like it shortened. I also am in communication with LG as the machines’ dry cycle seems to be disfunctional, not certain whether that has anything to do with the installation or not.
