We recently purchased a new Samsung dishwasher and used the Best Buy installation service.......Top Notch, professional, and very courteous service. The installer took a great deal of time explaining the features of the new washer. We were very impressed with the entire process. Money well spent to have a Geek Squad associate perform this service

My installation was difficult. First dishwasher did not fit due to the runners on the bottom of the unit. We had to have a screw type levelling that is only on the GE dishwashers so the original one did not work. We waited until the new unit was shipped in and the same installation man came back out for the second time and put the unit it. He took the time to educate me on how to work my new dishwasher . Very pleased.

I am reviewing the INSTALLATION only, not the product. Our new Bosch dishwasher was installed by two members of the Geek Squad. The installers arrived on time. Everything about our experience was 5-star. The dishwasher was installed, checked, rechecked, and leveled. The team also corrected some problems that we had with a previous installation of a washer and dryer (by a team that had been out-sourced by Best Buy).

This dishwasher is so quiet, I wonder if its working! Never fails though, dishes always come out sparkling clean!!

Third party contractor...... left a wood notch from dropping dishwasher in my wood floors. Never said anything. Installed the dishwasher fine, leftover screws left behind. Dealing with notch repair in wood floor.

Dishwasher is quiet, cleans great and easy to install and understand directions on how to use it.

I usually do this work myself but didn't have time. They did a great job, arrived on time with constant communication, their work was quick, clean and get friendly. Took away my ancient dishwasher, very careful not to damage anything. That's!!!!

The installers called to let us know they’d be arriving early and we were thrilled about that. They were very friendly and professional and we were happy with the work they did installing it. Two thumbs up!

When they people delivered the dishwasher, they said they couldn’t install because countertops were not in yet. I did not know this was a requirement. They said no problem, as “we are always in the neighborhood” and left the dishwasher. Took a long time to get appointment for install. Then they said I needed a plumber to make it work. I had assumed “free installation” would leave me with something that worked not requiring $300 for a plumber. Other than that, the guys were friendly and seemed to do a good job as far as it went.

Finding the right appliance takes some research, getting qualified, professional installers takes trust. We are very happy with the installation team, knowledgeable, respectful, professional and on time service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The technicians that came to install my new Kitchenaid dishwasher did an excellent job. Although I was given a later time in the day, they called and indicated they had a cancellation and asked if I would like the unit delivered/installed earlier. They were prompt, easily removed a stubborn-fitting older unit, and installed the unit. They were professional, made sure everything fit well, was leveled, and worked before leaving. Overall, very pleased.

Professional, on time (with heads up as promised), very neat, friendly, Covid safe. Did not need an additional part that was sold to us at retail and the installer helped us get refunded with no hassle. Very impressed with the level of service. 2 guys, give them raises! Hardworking, very efficient, knew exactly what they were doing.

I love the dishwasher but a little disappointed in the drying cycle. Always seem wet even on best dry cycle. Also, I expected more from the lights. I thought they would stay on or at least manually turn on to show off dishwashing during wash cycle. Still glad i bought it and is a good washer.
