The installers were friendly and respectful. Fortunately we were the first appointment of the day. The window is initially 12 hours long! 7AM to 7PM! Best Buy needs to do better with that! Narrowed down to 4 hour window the night before.

Our dishwasher installation got off to a rocky start when we got an email confirming our afternoon install and then got an after hours call confirming a morning install. There was a little leak at a turnoff valve which hadn't been used for years and The installer returned promptly the next day and fixed this.

The installers were on time, organized, and the installation was seamless. They were probably in my house for about 30 mins tops. Knew exactly what they were doing and did an excellent job installing my Samsung Waterwall (Chef Collection series) dishwasher. Uninstalled previous dishwasher, installed new one, including retrofitting where water line needed to go through cabinet next to sink, hauled out old dishwasher. Tested new one before leaving. Polite and courteous.

Our first 100 series Bosch dishwasher died after 8 days of use. We moved "up" to the next 100 model, which is more user-friendly and has been working fine during the 2 weeks that we've had it. The extra dry button and the red spot projected on the floor to show the machine working are welcome additions to the previous model.

Great experience with the installer. Great communication, he called us the day prior and gave us his estimated time frame for delivery/installation the next day. He again called the morning of delivery day and was able to be here earlier, which worked fine. Very experienced and friendly. Took great care and did an excellent clean up job when complete. Went through basic operation of the unit and competently answered all questions I had. Very Pleased.
