Delayed but well resolved

Then the resolve team got into it and they had the dishwasher with a new driver there within the hour. He was fast and very professional. Well done! They sent me a gift card to compensate for the wait.

Friendly, Professional and Fast Installers!

Also, they were neat and clean and left no trash behind! They finished the installation quickly and with no fuss, but were obviously (and justifiably) proud of their work. Wish I could know every time we have an installation of a machine it will be done so professionally! Well done Best Buy!

Delivery and installation screw job

Took off work both Saturdays to be there the second time scheduled after 6 hours and no delivery I went to the store they never picked up for delivery. I took it myself and had to install it myself.

The two men who came in to install the dishwasher could not have been more professional and friendly. I took their business card for other odd jobs I will have in the future! They were AWESOME!!!
