Been a couple of weeks but the gentleman who installed the dishwasher was very professional and efficient. As was the individuals who installed the refrigerator, range and microwave a couple weeks before.

Quick and efficient, didn't leave a mess. Showed up on time with a good attitude. Got it done in short amount of time and cleaned up after. Pleasant experience all around.

I’ve bought a lot of appliances in my lifetime (from other places, not Best Buy), and I’ve only had average experiences with installers. Usually they come drop it off, hand you paperwork and leave. This was an amazing experience, compared to that. It was obvious Paul knew what he was doing, and he even took the time to go over our dishwasher afterwards. My husband and I were extremely impressed! Honestly, I may never purchase an appliance from anyone else now!

Best Buy has great communication, quick and easy install. Great clean up.

Installation contractor was smart enough to know he could not install my dishwasher because old connections were, well, old. He did not try, and referred me to a plumber. Cancelling the purchase went easier than I anticipated. Thanks Best Buy.

The Best Buy install team that installed my dishwasher was amazing! They were patient as we dealed with a dud dishwasher that needed to be exchanged. They made the right notes on my account and I was able to do a seamless exchange. They even came back same day and did the install.

I am not pleased with the tremendous amount of tubing/hosing and and coil that wound up taking a lot of one of my cupboards space. I had to purchase at Menard's an 8' install kit which was fine, but we've had 3 dishwashers installed over the past 35 years and none of the previous installations took up so much cupboard space. I wish now that I had used our local plumbing and heating company to do the dishwasher install.

The installer knew what he was doing, but he didn't measure before the install, and therefore, had to essentially install the dishwasher twice. He had to pull the new washer back out, remove the 6' cord and reinstall a longer cord (from my old washer). It works, though, so it wasn't a major issue.

Instillation was very quick and done very professionally. Gentleman was very professional. I would recommend them again.

In the past I've had some poor installations of appliances. It was a pleasant surprise to have the two gentlemen that uninstalled my old dishwasher and installed the new one were very professional and helpful. Demonstrated how it worked and ran it thru a quick demo.

Great communication regarding installation time and updates. The installers were professional and made sure the dishwasher worked and there were no leaks before leaving. They also had to install an electrical outlet, which was done without any delay.

I purchased the installation package because if anything was missing or broken I didn't have to haul it back to best buy. I also had them do this with the range I purchased on the same day, plus it only took them less than an hour to install everything. Saves my back from crawling under the sink to connect everyhing.
